Ferienwohnung in Sainte Maxime

Die Lage der Wohnung ist schön und die Zimmer waren ordentlich. Bei 35 Grad die über 50 qm große Wohnung mit zwei billigen Ventilatoren kühl zu bekommen, ist aussichtslos. Man merkt, das an der Wohnung lange nichts mehr gemacht wurde. Der Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz ist so eng, das kein heutiger Mittelklasse-Wagen dort reinpasst. Geschweige denn ein SUV! Und wer mit 4 Personen anreist, kommt ja nicht mit einem Fiat 500!

Appartement spacieux idéalement situé à proximité de la plage et du centre-ville. Cuisine bien équipée mais réfrigérateur trop petit et hotte crasseuse. Absence de lave vaisselle Volets roulants vétustes à remplacer. Canapé clic clac inconfortable.

Appartement très bien situé et très bien avec garage, mais très très TROP vieux a refaire entièrement les photos sont trompeuses.

Logement correct mais un peu loin du centre par rapport au descriptif Ménage laissant à désirer vu la situation sanitaire car trouve freezer avec 10 cm de glace dont frigo peu refroidissant

Bon emplacement au calme, belle disposition des pieces, mais sincère besoin de rafraîchissement et changement d'equipement (cuisine, literie, petit meuble...). Cette appartement a beaucoup de potentiels, qu'il serait bien d'utiliser.

Appartement bien situé

Appartement qui aurait besoin d'être rafraîchi. "vieux" Sinon très bien situé 800m de la plage, du centre ville, vraiment tous à disposition. Le plus le garage car pas facile pour ce garer. Petit bemol à notre arrivée le frigo qui ne fonctionne pas vraiment, pas évident avec la période de canicule... Et de plus quand vous avez un bébé de 17 mois. Frigo changé pendant notre séjour la veille du départ.... Tant mieux pour les prochain locataires.
