Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé Noël en famille dans cette maison chaleureuse et confortable où rien ne manquait. De plus, les commerces de Paramé sont à seulement 10 minutes à pied et en prolongeant 10 minutes de marche on arrive à Rochebonne et à la mer. De très bons souvenirs. Merci

Wunderbares Haus zum Wohlfühlen in bester Lage.

Ein großzügiges Haus in ruhiger Lage (Sackgasse) im Vorort von dem beeindruckenden Seebad Sain Malo. Wir haben uns als Familie von der ersten Sekunde an in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der großzügige Garten und die schöne Terrasse (Vormitagssonne) laden zum Entspannen und Grillen nach einem Strandtag oder nach einem Besuch der vielen Besichtigungsmöglichkeiten (Le Mont-Saint-Michel oder auch Rennes sind in weniger als 1 Std.erreichbar) ein. Da das Grundstück abgeschlossen ist, fühlen sich hier auch Hundebesitzer sehr wohl. Die Nachbarn sind nett und unaufdringlich. Zum schönsten Strand von Saint Malot sind es keine 2 Kilometer, fußläufig sind Bäckereien und ein Einkaufszentrum ohne Probleme erreichbar. Für die Fahrt ins Stadtzentrum von Saint Malot steht ein sehr gute Busverbindung zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet (Induktion) und auch ansonsten war alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter, der uns viele gute Tipps für Ausflüge in der Region gegeben hat, war hervorragend. Wir waren traurig, dass die zwei Wochen so schnell vergangen waren und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Michael & Babette
