Beautiful contemporary house on the seafront close to the beaches of Le Val and Le Havre de Rothéneuf (Saint Malo). Modern and bright house of 145 m2 with fenced, ideal with children.
Rothéneuf, pretty village with its many shops (supermarket, bakery, butcher, caterer, pharmacy, etc.).
Saint Malo 5 minutes, Cancale 15 minutes, Mt St Michel 50 minutes

Housing :
- All furniture, bedding are new
- 4 bicycles are at your disposal
- The house has a secure garage and the possibility to bring the car inside the property.

Fantastic summer house

Our stay was 9 days and we had a fantastic holiday. The house was clean, modern spacious and bright and well equipped, specially the kitchen. The area is great with fantastic beaches, hiking trails, good quality golfcourse and supermarkets. Unfortunately the nearby baker was on Holidays diring our stay. We will sure return to Brittany.

The accommodation is very well equipped and in very good condition, I don’t think that the description does it justice. The area is lovely, locally the beaches are a short walk and very nice, the village has a great bakery and there is a restaurant, creperie and a grocery too. Communication with the owners were prompt and they were helpful. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would certainly return.

Attraktives Ferienhaus für Familienurlaub in ruhiger Lage. Sehr modern, praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Bar, Restaurant und Crêperie sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Nähe zu mehreren Stränden und den Städten Saint Malo, Cancale und Dinard lassen den Urlaub zum Erlebnis werden. Die Kommunikation mit Philippe war sehr unkompliziert und zeitnah.Insgesamt ein tolles Urlaubsdomizil!

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen und entsprach der Beschreibung. Insbesondere die Ausstattung der Küche war für ein Ferienhaus außergewöhnlich gut und ermöglichte ein abwechslungsreiches gemeinsames Kochen und vergnügliches Essen am großen Tisch. In punkto Sauberkeit gibt es einen Stern Abzug; wie so oft darf man in keine Ecke genauer gucken.

La maison est très bien située et bien équipée. Excellent accueil de la propriétaire. Malgré une météo un peu capricieuse (un peu fraîche pour la saison, mais un magnifique soleil), nous avons pu faire du vélo au départ de la maison en bord de mer. On recommande de prendre le bateau de Saint Malo pour aller à Dinard. En bref on a passé une très bonne semaine en famille.

Gute Kommunikation, perfekter Aufenthalt in einem schönen, gepflegten Neubau . Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und Kommunikation klappt immer zeitnah. Leider bucht FeWo-Direkt 100 % der Zahlung sofort bei Buchung ab, anstatt der sonst üblichen Anzahlung. Kommunikation mit FeWo-Direkt klappt nicht.

A beautiful property in an amazing commune offering us everything that promised and more.

Generous hosts who welcomed us and showed us around their amazing house. We had all we could wish for in the house and loved the commune of Rotheneuf, which was two minutes walk away.It had fabulous locals shops and two wonderful beaches within easy walking distance. A fantastic house and place for a Breton beach holiday.

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison très agréable et très bien située (proche des plages de Rothéneuf, mais également des autres stations aux alentours), ce qui en fait un bon point de départ pour visiter la région. De plus, la maison bénéficie d'un ensoleillement tout au long de la journée et d'un bon équipement.

Sehr schönes Haus in idealer Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und gut gelegen. Nur ein paar Minuten zum Bäcker, mehrere Strände sind schnell erreichbar. Mit dem Fahrrad ist Saint-Malo in 25 Minuten erreichbar. Auch Cancale und Dinard bieten schöne Ausflugsziele. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr durchdacht, alles Notwendige ist vorhanden und sehr gepflegt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, die Buchung war problemlos. Wir haben uns in Rotheneuf sehr wohl gefühlt.

Grande maison moderne très agréable

La maison est très propre, au calme , dans un quartier très proche des plages et des commerces de proximité à pied. Elle très bien équipée pour se divertir(transats, vélos, salle de jeux, documentation sur la région) et au quotidien pour se sentir comme chez soi. Maison très agréable!

La maison est très fonctionnelle et très bien située, au calme, à quelques minutes à pieds des commerces de Rothéneuf, de deux belles plages et du GR34 où les balades sont sublimes. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable en famille.
