Every morning sit by the window admire and enjoy the sea breeze. Located in the residential area of Las Conchas, You and your family can enjoy its 6 bedrooms, each one equipped with a smart TV. 2 living rooms with an incredible view of the ocean, Smart TV's, sofa bed and 2 fully equipped kitchens with Toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave, and all utensils except the dishwasher, Free WiFi, washer and dryer and a private unheated outdoor pool.

Excellent house

The property is as described in the listing and we felt very safe in the house. It is in an excel neighborhood and would definitely rent this place again. Omar is an awesome host. He answered all our calls during the check in process. Would definitely rent this place again

Couldn’t gas for anything more!

The pictures don’t do the property justice! It’s the perfect vacation home for larger groups! Will definitely be the first house I search for in the future!

Amazing Property with Great Location

Great location. Very convenient drive to Sandy Beach . House can easily accommodate 4 couples with kids. Great set-up with 2 kitchens. Rooftop is amazing. Property Manager is quick to communicate.

Awesome Beach House

This property is amazing...!! Very well decorated modern look... Management was very attentive and friendly... would definitely recommend... the only slight drawback is the shared pool... You gotta hope for nice neighbors otherwise it can get a little awkward... but overall very nice house..
