About this property

We built our spacious home to entertain. Our rooms have private bathrooms. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare delicious meals. The patio was built to enjoy the afternoon sunset and great family gatherings. The master bedroom has a bathtub where you can relax for the day. One of the upstairs rooms has a great view to the beach and the sunset wakes you up at the right time. There is a sofabed in the living room for the extra guests in your party. The house is just 1 minute walk to the beach using a beautiful paved path. You will feel at home as soon as you walk in.

* We have a TV but do not provide cable services (only internet)
* The house can sleep 14 people but there are extra charges after 12 guests. Please contact owner for clarification

Perfect Home for the Family!

We had a great time staying at this home! It was perfect for our large family. The master bedroom was on the first floor which was perfect for my friend who does not do stairs! Being in the downstairs bedroom you could not hear everyone upstairs or them coming down the stairs which was an amazing surprise! The beach was within walking distance and there was a wagon in the garage to help us cart down chairs and a cooler. We were close to the pool and jacuzzi and would hang out there at night. The upstairs outdoor area was a perfect place for us all to hang out and relax once the day was over. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay close to everything you can want to do in Rocky Point!

Great stay with family and friends

From start to finish and questions in between communication has been there and answered. Comfortable home, lots of space (12people) and an awesome roof top. Everything you need. Great place and beautiful!
