Shop, restaurant, bar 600 m, bus stop 200 m, diving center 2 km. Sports harbour 2 km, sailing school 2 km, riding stable 5 km. Nearby attractions: Réserve Africaine de Sigean 33 km, Cité de Carcassonne 73 km, Espace balnéoludique de Gruissan 6 km. Please note: the photograph shows a typical example. Additional accommodations can be booked. Some apartments are situated on the "beach" side and some of them are on the street-side (through road "Avenue de Languedoc"). Others are inside the residence.
2-room apartment 28 m2 on 1st floor. Renovated in 2017: living/dining room with 1 sofabed and TV (flat screen). Exit to the loggia. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm). Alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette (2 hot plates, combination microwave). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. South-west facing position. Balcony furniture, covered balcony. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Location proche de la mer..propre pas mal de vaisselle à disposition.place de parking ..les points négatifs sont .le fait qu' il n y ait pas de climatisation ou store pour le soleil..seulement de fin rideaux qui laissent passer la lumière et la chaleur ..oreillers tachés++++. Petite salle d eau..mini douche et lavabo.. sans fenêtre.. .
