Nearby attractions: Réserve Africaine de Sigean 33 km, Cité de Carcassonne 73 km, Espace balnéoludique de Gruissan 6 km.
2-room penthouse 30 m2 on 4th floor. Partly renovated in 2020, beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm). Kitchenette (oven, 2 induction hot plates, microwave). Shower/WC. No heating option. Upper floor: (steep stair) gallery with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 94 - 170 cm with 1 bed. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, no lift. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
