Emplacement excellent, mais lits superposés pour les enfants trop exiguës pour des grands ados . Idéal pour famille avec enfants de 5 à 10 ans . Un voisin occupant à l'année un appartement proche dans le couloir., fumeur et obligeant à laisser la fenêtre du couloir ouverte : odeur de cigarette ds l'appart et courant d'air constant. Pas top.

appartement moyen,ménage à revoir (nous payons pour cela),matelas des couchages un peu usés et l'échelle des lits superposés complètement décollée un peu dangereux pour les enfants

Appartement très vétuste
Partie commune peu accueillante, qui peut même mettre mal à l’aise. Appartement vétuste, de nombreux travaux seraient à prévoir, notamment la salle de bain qui est entièrement à refaire ! ( joints moisis et papier peints décollés !!!) Mobilier de mauvaise qualité et vieux... Échelle du lit superposé cassé, chaise cassée, trace de brûlure au sol... La deuxième chambre n’en est pas une mais seulement un placard dans lequel on a monté un lit superposé. Seul point positif : la vue sur mer

Bon rapport qualité prix
bon emplacement et belle vue sur mer du balcon. Parasol inutilisable car détérioré, salle de bain vieillotte et odeur nauséabonde lors de notre arrivée.

Blick super, Zustand sehr schlecht
Diese kleine Wohnung ist in einem unzumutbaren Zustand, sie sollte dringend renoviert werden. Ausstattung sehr ungepflegt, angefangen von der defekten Duschstange über den kaputten Sonnenschirm bis hin zur kargen Ausstattung der Küchenutensilien. Die Gardinen des Schlafraums fanden wir am letzten Tag als "Käuel" in einer Ecke des schmutzigen Schrankes. Auf dem Balkon fehlt die Holzüberdachung. Man hat den Eindruck, dass sich um diese Wohnung keiner kümmert, nur wieder schnell vermietet, schade!
