La vue sur la mer
Appt qui a besoin d un coup de neuf Les rangements sont très moyen Une lampe dans la salon qui est cassé Une trape dans la salle de bain qui tient je sais pas comment Un trou dans le plafond de la SB La literie impeccable dans la chambre Par contre dans la salle à manger literie du bas à refaire L appt va très bien pour un couple pas plus La mer est à 1 mn le top Frigo trop petit Pas de place de parking Agence très bien très réactive suite à mon pb de tv et du câble qui ne tenait plus

Très bien situé mais pas entretenu...
Le + : bien situé, on peut tout faire à pied,accès direct à la plage.Les - : appart pas entretenu,peinture qui s'écaille dans la salle de bain,trappe au dessus des wc à changer car ne tient plus, les prises qui sortent du murs lorsqu'on débranche. Et ce lit gigogne dans le salon devrait être supprimé ,1 casse dos à monter et démonter chaq jour car peu de place et pas un couchage confort même pour des enfants.Mettre 1 canapé lit à la place séjour agréable mais pas grâce à cet appart, dommage...

Cette location se trouve à côté de mer,
Ma famille et moi nous sommes très contente de notre vacances aux Barcarès et dans cette location .Je dis une grande merci l'agence Interhome .

Prestations moyennes
L'environnement nous a parfaitement satisfaits car nous voulions être à côté de la plage. Des commerces et des restaurants sont à proximité. La résidence est correcte avec un parking en face de l'immeuble. L'appartement est petit (ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce) ; l’aménagement nous a semblé sommaire notamment dans la pièce à vivre où il pourrait y avoir plus de rangements (tant pour les affaires personnelles que pour la nourriture avec un tout petit frigo), dont il manque cruellement, même pour 2 personnes. Une installation télé à revoir : un tout petit écran installé trop en hauteur, un branchement antenne qui fonctionne mal, des télécommandes partiellement disfonctionnelles avec des piles mortes. Le coin cuisine aussi est minuscule, donc inadapté au marmiton qui compte faire des plats pendant ses vacances…Le canapé est confortable, la literie bonne. L’appartement était propre en arrivant. Compte tenu de ce que j’ai dit plus haut et qu’il faut traverser la chambre pour aller dans le wc, il nous semble impensable, même pour un week-end, de séjourner à 3 ou 4 adultes dans cet appartement. Pour résumer, je dirais qu’on a ici un appartement de vacance dont le potentiel n’est pas exploité et qui pourrait, sans trop de frais, être sensiblement amélioré. Le rapport qualité-prix de la location nous a semblé largement en dessous des locations similaires que nous avons faites à côté(au Lidia playa et à Port Leucat). Ceci dit, nous avons quand même apprécié notre séjour…
