Schöne Umgebung, die Wohnung bedarf Renovierung

Das Schönste annder Ferienwohnung ist die Strandnähe und der Blick darauf. Die Wohnung selbst ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Auf den ersten Blick war es ok, aber nach und nach fielen uns Dinge auf, die wir sehr störend fanden. Z.B. hielt der Duschkopf beim Duschen nicht und rutschte immer die Stange runter, keine Tür schließt richtig und als Familie hatten wir NUR einen Schlüssel, der sowohl für die Wohnung als auch für die Anlage notwendig war. Der Abfluss in der Toilette dürfte nur vorsichtig benutzt werden, sonst ging da auch nichts mehr und die Utensilien in der Küche mag ich gar nicht anzufassen, sie waren ziemlich klebrig. Wir mieten immer eine Wohnung, um genug Platz zu haben, und haben deshalb genug Vergleiche, um zu behaupten, man sei hier nicht wirklich daran interessiert, es den Gästen bequem und gemütlich zu machen. Die Balkone waren übrigens zu unserem Einzug gar nicht sauber gemacht worden, das muste ich selbst übernehmen. Auch wenn die Lage sehr gut ist, würde ich diese Wohnung nicht nochmal buchen, denn ich möchte mich im Urlaub erholen und nicht mit banalen Reparaturen konfrontiert werden.

Magnifique vue sur mer, renovation de l’app.

Une renovation minimale de l’app. est a faire et il faut urgemment changer les matelas. Le fauteuil est abime.Un parasol prof./ecran solaire sur la terrasse reste a installer. Vue sur mer est magnifique.

Appartement bien situé, très calme, vue sur mer, promenades au bord de la mer loin du centre. Appartement bien équipé avec deux balcons vous faisant vivre le lever et le coucher de soleil. A recommander. Personnel d'interhome aussi réceptif et très agréable

Pour le logement très bien Le gros bémol sur la piscine j ai été refoulé pour port de shirt de bain je n avais pas de maillot non indiqué sur l annonce De plus porte fermée le lendemain. Il fallait un badge j ai su seulement à la remise des clés que la commande de garage servait de badge !! Donc pas de piscine j avais choisi cette loc pour ma conjointe andicapee des articulations Déçu et la prestation n est donc pas à la hauteur du prix

En effet, le règlement de la piscine est affiché sur place, nous ne le communiquons pas à l'avance sauf si le client nous le demande. Le badge pour le parking est le même que pour la piscine (en votre possession) cette information est inscrite sur votre feuille de route à votre arrivée.

Para repetir en Canet

Apartamento muy bien equipado en primera línea de playa con vistas al mar. Con piscina y garaje. Es la segunda vez que lo alquilamos porque estamos cómodos y el acceso a la playa es a través del paseo marítimo peatonal. Está algo más alejado de la zona comercial pero se llega enseguida. La playa es grande y limpia, con bandera azul. Por ponerle un pero, no tiene WiFi y no hay buena cobertura para el teléfono (hay momentos del día sobre todo por la tarde sin cobertura, no se puede llamar).

Bien mais par forte chaleur il manque une climatisation. Les chambres donnent sur le parking qui, lorsque l'on ouvre les fenêtres pour donner de l'air, restitue la chaleur accumulée (plein soleil toute l'après midi). Sinon bien équipé
