Campestra: small hamlet 6 km from Chiavari. The complex consists of 2 terraced houses and a detached house, situated on a slightly sloping hill small holiday development "Campestra". Outside the resort, 6 km from the centre of Chiavari, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 6 km from the sea. For shared use: garden 4'000 m2 lawn and trees, swimming pool (6 x 13 m, depth 110 - 240 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.) with alarm system. Table tennis, garden furniture. In the house: washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking. Grocery 6 km, supermarket 20 km, restaurant 6 km, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach "Mare e Sole" 6 km, rocky beach 6 km. Nearby attractions: Porticcio 20 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property. Ideal for nature lovers.
2-room terraced house 30 m2. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV and air conditioning. 1 small room 4 m2 with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (2 hot plates, mini-oven, microwave). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace 50 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Partial view of the sea and the mountains. Please note: non-smoking house. Nous vous beaucoup aimé ce magnifique endroit, que ce soit la vue de la terrasse et ses couchers de soleil, les jardins magnifiques où la piscine. L’accueil des hôtes a été très agréable, et nous avons aimé caresser ou discuter avec les différents animaux de la maison: chien, chats, perroquet, …..il faut juste noter que la résidence est un peu isolée et la route pour y accéder est plutôt sinueuse . Un grand avantage: La plage d’argent est à 1/4 d’heure.

Superbe !

Une superbe semaine à campestra, à base de calme et de soleil. Les animaux sont adorables et les gîtes sont superbes, on est extrêmement content de nos vacances. Nous espérons revenir l’année prochaine !

Petit coin de paradis

Logement pour quatre personnes un peu petit. Équipement de base. Très propre. Terrasse formidable , vue magnifique et un environnement paradisiaque. Piscine, ping-pong, un jardin merveilleusement arboré Et des propriétaires sympathiques

il manque des ustensiles de cuisine et ceux qui sont présents sont en quantité très limité un gros moins : pas de machine à laver
