This ultra-luxury, fully equipped chalet (sauna, jacuzzi, and home theatre) with 400 m² of living space is ideally located in the historic village of Hauteluce. It boasts an exceptional view facing Mont Blanc.
It is located at the centre of three resorts—Les Saisies (Espace Diamant), Les Contamines-Monjoie, and Arêches-Beaufort.

The chalet consists of three levels and a mezzanine

Ground Floor: A large 80 m² living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a bar.
Dining table for 20 people, large balcony with table and chairs, mezzanine with a film room (TV and home theatre system) and a children’s playroom.
R-1: 7 bedrooms with private bathrooms, including 2 dorms for 4 people, 4 family rooms, and one accessible room. All rooms have their own private bathrooms.
R-2: Top level featuring a large “wellness” area equipped with a Jacuzzi and sauna.

You’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc from inside the Jacuzzi.
There’s also a ski storage room and a gym and games room.

Upon request, you can rent the entire chalet with only 4 bedrooms available for small groups at a discounted rate.

You’ll have access to the entire chalet and a separate, covered, and locked garage with 4 parking spaces and an electric charging station.

The chalet faces due south and features large balconies so you can fully enjoy the view of Mont Blanc and the sunshine.
The living room balcony is furnished with a table, chairs, and armchairs.

You can walk to the village (100 m), which has a supermarket, a bakery, and four excellent restaurants.
