Hale Kai 220 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo featuring amenities such as an oceanfront lanai, vaulted ceilings, and ceiling fans. This condo does not have A/C. Located on the second floor, this corner unit can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests with a King bed in the master bedroom, a Twin Bunk beds in the second bedroom, and a Queen bed in the third bedroom. Please note this property does not have elevators. The open-concept living area features vaulted ceilings, modern furniture with coastal decorations, and a large flat-screen TV. Ceiling fans are equipped throughout the unit to help stay cool.

On the main floor, you will find the master bedroom, the second bedroom, and the main bathroom. Relax and unwind with a King-size bed in the master bedroom and a large flat-screen TV. The main bathroom features a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom is equipped with Twin-size bunk beds and a flat-screen TV. Located upstairs in the loft is the third bedroom and ensuite bathroom with a Queen-size bed and a walk-in shower.

When we arrived the pool was closed for a day or so. Response from company was fast and accurate. Good follow up. The upstairs doesn’t have a door so if someone got up earlier than the loft people they were disturbed . The upstairs was hot. We had a great time and loved the place except for a few annoyances . Lots of fans,good amenities nice little beach. View was nice for morning coffee and we watched turtles from the balcony. Had a great time. Great location

We enjoyed our stay very much. You can hear the ocean and jump into a nearby beach where we have seen colorful fish, turtles and even a manta rey! We had some issues with the door lock; the case was handled very professionally and friendly and the lock was exchanged immediately.

Amazing ocean front vacation

We loved our stay at the Hale Kai. The unit is as described and accurately represented in the photos. We loved the location and direct access to the pool and beach. It was also well stocked with beach gear and all the essentials. We had several turtle sightings and even had one come up on the beach. Thanks for a great trip!

Great little Beach condo

We could watch the kids in the pool, and the little Beach next door was perfect for early morning and late afternoon swims before or after our adventures. The condo did not have A/C and was very loud at night with the water so close to the house, and there are no window fixtures so the sun comes in early. We loved the condo and would come back.

Our first trip to Maui, many to HI / other islands. We loved the island, the location of this condo and the entire experience. We will be back! Wonderful spot perfect for families.

Overall excellent place. Right on the ocean. We enjoyed doing Yoga in the morning and see the sea turtles come up and tumble in the waves. Close to many near beaches and places. It really was a wonderful get away for us. The fridge was a bit dirty when we arrived. There was also a dead roach in the bathroom upstairs. I guess you get that in tropical areas. I would definitely go here again.

First let me say this property is in the absolute perfect location. It feels oceanfront with the best views ever. The only thing that would have made our stay better would have been to have a cyclones fan in every room. The condo has everything you could need for a fabulous vacation. Very comfortable, except the no A/C. Very clean complex - and friendly. Quick response to any calls. Noise level at night was a bit high, but adjusted quickly. Laundry nicely accessible. Crashing waves covered most of it. :)Loved the "local" turtles. Snorkeling on the beach was great. Lots of sweet fish as well. Although we didn't use the grill, it was wonderfully clean. Would have appreciated knowing this condo started on the second floor as photo led us to believe it was a ground floor unit. Plenty of local eateries available too.

Hale Kai 220 is a Breezy Gem!

This on the water, poolside, beach access, turtle watching place is a breezy, sunset every night from the balcony gem. No other unit compares to this updated, corner unit with expanded living space and 3 bedrooms/2 full baths that accommodates 6 adults so well. Plus, beach chairs, towels, umbrella and toys are included. And My Perfect Stays management team was on call as needed.

Great condo, great location!

This condo is right on the ocean and tucked into a great walkable neighborhood (coffee across the street, ABC store, grocery). If you don't like falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean this condo probably isn't for you or at least bring some ear plugs. The condo itself is nicely laid out and well appointed. No AC but there are fans and the ocean breeze.

Loved the area. More residential than commercial, which was perfect for us. The bedrooms were nice! We loved being able to leave all the windows open. The pool is right on the ocean. The little beach there is only accessible at low tide, which was fine for sticking your feet in. There's no a/c, so people need to know that. It was fine for us. The beds were okay. The bed in the loft is a bit hard for my taste. The location was perfect. Our trip to Road to Hana was amazing! We were there for my son's wedding and it was a perfect setting. We enjoyed the aquarium.

The place is not air conditioned and could get very hot and stuffy, I would suggest going during the time of year when it's around 72 degrees. When we went it was the last week of May and it was in the mid-80's. There are some older folks that live within the complex, not really happy to see the kids around, but it wasn't a deal breaker. The linens are top notch, great set up in the kitchen with all the appliances you could need. Boogie boards and beach chairs are in the closet as well as beach towels for everyone in your party. Definitely would go back!

The best spot

Our family of 5 stayed here comfortably. The unit is spacious and we never felt on top of one another. Plenty of necessities to get you by for the first few days, including all of the beach chairs and umbrellas. Walking distance to so many good places to get coffee and eat great food. Great views, clean and quiet. The property is VERY well cared for. Having the pool was also nice when we were tired of being in the ocean. Pictures are accurate besides the bunk beds, they are now separate twin beds. The ONLY downside is how hot it gets (not the owner's fault). The condo would definitely benefit from an a/c unit. We will be back again and will not hesitate to book this condo!

The condo is a great location with an amazing view of the water. We were the only ones at the pool and could snorkel just steps from the condo! Having the pool and beach just steps from you was amazing! I love the feel of the condo with all the louvred glass windows, loft and plank ceiling. When we first arrived, the windows were shut tight, the fans were off, so we walked into an inferno but opening all the windows and turning on the fans made it pretty comfortable all night. The master bedroom does sit near the parking lot and with the windows needing to be open to stay cool it was loud with street noise and occasional people talking. I would say that the condo was moderately clean - the floors were dirty, there were crumbs left on the counter, and the one of the fans spit chunks of dust out when it was turned on. The drawers in the kitchen and bathroom all fall off the tracks and the ice maker was broken. The master bed needs to be replaced as it curves in the center so were sleeping on the edges. Overall, we had a good stay but feel like there are a few things that could be addressed to make it a perfect stay!
