Amenities were in fair to good condition. Some of the simple appliances like coffee maker and blender need to be replaced. Surprised there were no basic supplies upon arrival but host did provide some and included a fruit basket after expressing concerns. Beds were firm but comfortable. Perfect location easy walk to the beach. Housekeeping every two days was very nice. They did a great job. Host were very responsive to any concerns we had in a very timely manner. The property is older and could use some updating inside and out.

The house corresponds to the photos. It is a 8 years old Costa Rican beach house maintained regularly. I am sorry you didn’t realise it was not what you were expecting for.

Peaceful, spacious house near beach

We enjoyed a beautiful week at this property. Wonderful outdoor space upstairs and lots of space in the house. Manu, the property manager, was very helpful and friendly. Very close to beach, nice pool, good restaurant.

Lovely jungle

I went on vacation with my adult children. We got surfing lessons, hiked to waterfalls got in the hot Springs and other fun activities. The house was very relaxing with a lovely pool.Mano was very helpful. The setting was gorgeous. My only complaint is the beds were a little bit hard. I needed a mattress topper

A wonderful stay at Casa Amaita

The house was magical! So close to Playa Negra amenities but far enough to feel very private. The open air main spaces were breezy and comfortable, with ample hang out space for everyone. Very aesthetic and calming. The bedrooms are a good size and the AC in them perfect. Every room has a bathroom! We were 4 adults and three teenagers, and everyone had room and space to connect and also be private. The management team is amazing and warm - thank you Pascale and Manu! We will be back.
