About this property

Welcome to Palmetto Cottage!

You will love this two bedroom and two bath bungalow located in Glynn Haven Estates. This central island location gives you easy access to Sea Palms and the King and Prince golf courses. You will be a short walk or golf cart ride to numerous, eclectic shops and restaurants that line both sides of Frederica Road. This location also has great on/off island access via Sea Island Causeway.

When you are not out and about, you can enjoy the new construction in Palmetto Cottage. Ceramic hardwood flooring throughout, modern kitchen, solid surface counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, tray ceilings, walk in showers, great stone and tile work. It is just an amazing little bungalow.

Each of the two bedrooms has new, comfortable Queen beds. Just off the dining room area, you can retreat to the patio in a private, fenced-in area.

St. Simon Getaway

Everything was just as described in the listing. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. The East Beach was very nice in the early mornings and evening times. We really enjoyed our stay.

Island Life Center

We adored our time on St. Simons Island and the closeness to the beaches, Jekyll Island and more! We never ran out of things to do! The home was beautiful, easy to access and had everything we needed! Now if I can just convince my husband to move. lol
