Lovely fenced in back yard and everything you need for an enjoyable vacation, beautiful interior, smart tvs, and complete kitchen. Our dog loved the private yard. This was our second time there and we will definitely book again. Laundry area is excellent.

The front porch needs some attention. There are rotten and weak boards that need to be replaced. The interior of the home was nice. The kitchen faucet had no hot water (luke warm at best). The interior was very clean. Even though it needed some minor repairs I would stay there again.

You were right about the front deck. It has been replaced! I'm not sure about the hot water issue. I went it and had no issues.

The house is beautiful. The back deck and back yard is so serene. We fell in love with this house. The host was so friendly and quick to reapond to any of our messages.

We had a wonderful time and the house was perfect for our needs. The dogs enjoyed the spacious backyard and the walk into the SSI Business District/Restaurants, about 15 minutes, was really easy and convenient. There are Supermarkets within a 5 minute drive as well. The house itself has everything you need to make it a comfortable stay with a well appointed kitchen, dishwasher and a laundry room. Really quiet neighborhood and nice to explore. We'll be back!!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The location was perfect: close proximity to golf courses and downtown businesses. It also accommodated our dog very well, who travels with us. We would love to return when we visit SSI in the future.

Such a great stay we had at your beautiful house! Loved the decor, beds were very comfortable. Nice thick bath towels! Dogs loved the backyard and we loved just relaxing on the chais loungers! St Simon’s is such a great place, had excellent food and spent time at East Beach. Thanks so much would love to come back!
