Direct Oceanfront with Gorgeous north view to the Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse and south view to Kennedy Space Center. Newly decorated & newly furnished. We Go the Extra Mile and Fully Launder all Bedding after each Check out, Unit is fully equipped, including beach chairs, umbrella and towels. All you need for your vacation...just bring a suitcase and toothbrush! Enjoy breakfast or lunch at the oceanfront bar & grill restaurant right next door. Just a two block walk to Flagler Avenue, which is the heart of activity on the beachside, with many gourmet restaurants, specialty shops, festivals and parades. Enjoy a Wine Walk every 4th Saturday! Also just two blocks to a public park with tennis courts, pickle ball courts, a basketball court, playground. Amenities include two new elevators, beach with lifeguards, heated swimming pool, recreation room with pool table, large TV viewing room, and on-site parking for one vehicle, golf cart parking onsite, and local overnight off street city parking, day passes for visitors . Less than 30 minute drive to Daytona Beach attractions and less than 90 minutes to family attractions in Orlando, St. Augustine and Cape Canaveral. Minimum age: 25, Non-Smoking, no pets. Great Condo

We were very impressed with the clealiness of this condo. The furniture is very comfortable and the decor was very fresh.. There was plenty of everything from silverware, plates and glasses to towels and blankets. As the description says it's all there, just arrive and enjoy. Oh, and the view is incredible.

From beginning to end our stay was the best! We could not of had a better host. Communication was outstanding and prior to our arrival Lori shared shopping, restaurants, morning coffee all within walking distance. Amenities were as stated and beds were dream comfort. Icing on the cake? Yes! Lori alerted us to a rocket launch scheduled for 11:30pm. We sat on our deck and looked to our right . It was a reach out and touch it moment …once in a lifetime experience. Thank you Lori for helping to make our week one we will always remember! We cannot wait to return for another visit.

We spent our vacation in this same facility but different condo last year. Both were awesome but the view of this corner condo was the icing on the cake! We spent July 4th and had a fabulous time and view. The condo could use some updates (mattress with plastic cover not a fav) and chest of drawers that need replaced to actually be fully functional. We have learned what items we need to get for next year as we have already booked it for 2025! The view and extra balcony space plus the overall feeling of security makes this condo the best! Close to all attractions and clean well maintained beach .

everything was good, awesome views from rooms. only thing, was hoping to stay on beachside the whole time. was a mix up with reservations. but lori took care of us. great trip, hope to make it back one day. location was perfect on the beach side, couldn't ask for a better room and location. thx for everything.

Best on The Beach!!

Second time to property but first with new owners. I was impressed with the improvements new onwers made and will definitely be visiting the condo again in the future. One block away to Flager Ave. Bars, Resturants, and shops. Awsome views from patio and can't wait to get back!!
