Newly renovated this lavish 2 bedroom/2 bath 1600 square foot condo is located on the no-drive part of New Smyrna Beach in the highly desired gated Ebb Tide community. No carport here, your condo comes with a mid-size vehicle private parking garage.

Upon entering this upgraded luxurious oceanfront condo you will be transitioned into a calming coastal oasis. With granite countertops, shaker cabinets, tile floors, and beautiful furniture; it’s impossible not to breathe easy! With 3 flat screen TVs, Sonos speaker, high speed Wi-Fi, you won’t miss out on any of the luxuries of home.

The wrap around patio with the breathtaking view of the sand and waves is a great way to begin or wind down your day.

The massive master bedroom, with balcony access, will allow you to relax in comfort with a king-size bed and comfy chase reading lounge. The spacious second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a bunk bed with a full and a single on top.

Overlooking the ocean are the heated swimming pool, hot tub, and grills for cookouts. A Pickleball court, sauna, and workout facility are all available for your use.

Fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies and more. Two adult bikes, boogie boards, beach toys, cooler, beach towels, beach chairs and more!

Neighborhood shops, local restaurants, and eclectic bars on Flagler Avenue are only minutes away. The Downtown Canal Street shopping/historical district (a short drive from Ebb Tide) offers art galleries, fine dining, historic buildings, and other cultural attractions. Ebb Tide is minutes away from the Canaveral National Seashore, the great spot to launch vessels for fishing trips or peaceful kayak cruises on Mosquito Lagoon.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
You are allowed to leave 2 loads of laundry for the cleaning service (ex. sheets and bathroom towels). Any more laundry will result in additional fees.
Close the blinds and set thermostat to 77 degrees in summer and 71 degrees in winter. Lock door.
Please make sure all beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach equipment are rinsed off (hose located inside beach entrance) and returned to garage. Beach towels should be washed and returned to condo.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Volusia County lighting ordinance applies during sea turtle nesting season May 1 - Oct. 31.  Please pull shades when sun sets. it’s a $1500 fine.

This condo was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was amazing. It was great being on the no-drive section of the beach, since we practically had the beach to ourselves. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is a very nice condo on New Smyrna Beach. Condo is very well stocked with everything you need. It’s a quiet part of the beach. It’s very relaxing to sit and watch the sun rise each morning. I highly recommend this condo.

Best NSB Spot!

We’ve been coming to this beach for over 20 years and without a doubt the best place we’ve ever stayed in New Smyrna! Zac was the most attentive host and provided precise and clear instructions/information about the condo. The unit itself is beautiful and equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The large balcony has the most amazing ocean views! Can’t say enough great things about this place and the host. THANK YOU!

Another Great Family Vacation at the Ebb Tide

This is our 2nd time staying at this property & 4th time staying at the Ebb Tide. Like last time the unit was very clean, nicely upgraded & well maintained & and the check in process was very easy. Zac the owner checked in to make sure all was going well. My daughters once again loved the bunk beds as there is nothing better than being able to wake up with direct ocean views. Highly recommend this unit as it will not disappoint. We look forward to future stays.

Girls Get Away

My friends and I decided to have a girls get away. Having stayed in Zac’s condo with my family the previous year, I knew it would be the perfect location. His condo is beautiful, the grounds are extremely well taken care of, and the beach location is perfect. I have vacationed in New Smyrna for years, and Zac’s condo is my absolute favorite. It has plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, and the kitchen has everything you will need. The views from the master bedroom and living area are amazing! The balcony is a wonderful place to sit and eat meals, as well as to relax and read a book. His communication is excellent and timely. We had an amazing trip and I will absolutely return!

Best Vacation Rental

This property is everything you could ask for - clean, well furnished, paper products, large selection of pots/pans, and a view to die for. Just bring your clothes and you will be all set. The pictures are accurate, Zachary the host is very attentive, and Ebb Tide is well maintained. Whether you stay a month (as we did) or just a week or two, you will have no complaints.

I’ve been going to NSB my whole life and the Ebb Tide has always been one of my favorite places to stay. The building is well maintained and one of the best locations on the beach. The unit specifically is wonderful. Feels very new and clean and had everything you could need. The owner Zach was extremely helpful and always available if I had a question. Highly recommend!

Great condo for a vacation at the beach!

THe view was lovely off the large balcony and the rooms had enough furniture for 2 people plus 5 guests. Kitchen well stocked and plenty of towels in both bathroms. TVs were great. We loved the garage with plenty of chairs, boogie boards, and toys. The pool was very nice and plenty of furniture and umbrellas and of course, the beach was the best!! The owner stayed in touch via text, which was nice, when needed, and the instructions for use of condo and amenities were easy to read and understand ..

We loved our time at the EbbTide property. Very clean, exactly as listed. Owner was super helpful prior to check in and during our stay. We had one minor hiccup with an electrical outlet and he addressed it immediately. The property has everything you need plus lots of extras which is incredibly nice. We've stayed at a LOT of vrbo's and this one was by far one of our favorites.

Ocean paradise

Fantastic property that was fully stocked for the stay along with the bonus of having all the beach amenities. Zac is the most responsive owner that we have dealt with and provides timely checkin’s as well additional insights into events that might be happening in the area. Felt sad leaving the place and ending the dream but we will be back in the future.

Why they chose this property

After years of visiting/searching for listings, I was beginning to lose hope in finding our perfect beach home. It was not until we saw the beautiful unit at Ebb Tide that we were instantly blown away, we knew this was going to be the one.

Since we were kids, it has been our dream to have a place in New Smyrna.  We grew up coming here every summer far before we ever met one another. It is great to have a place to call our own!
 

What makes this property unique

New Smyrna is a great, small town feel that has great shopping, restaurants, and outdoor activities near by. Ebb Tide is a coveted condominium complex with its beautiful ocean views, direct beach access, pool and hot tub, gas grill for use, pickleball courts, and a gym that even includes a sauna!
