Outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Hippolytushoef, in a quiet position, 250 m from the sea, 4 km from the beach. For shared use: children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the complex: reception, restaurant, bar, WiFi, trampoline, laundry (extra). Central parking spaces. Shop 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 100 m, sandy beach "Lutje" 4 km (small). Living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system, DVD and heating stove. Exit to the garden. Luggage room. Alcove with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (5 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Floor heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Bath/WC. Terrace, large garden 400 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair. Parking at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Hot tub in the garden (extra). Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Immer wieder gerne.

Super sauber, super freundlich und ein tolles Restaurant. Schöne Strände in der Nähe und auch ein Ausflug nach Amsterdam war super unkompliziert

Super entspannter Urlaub

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Tolle Lage und ruhig! Das Restaurant in der Nähe ist sehr beliebt, aber störte uns nicht. Dort kann man Anschluss finden, wenn man mag. Der Jakuzzi draußen ist der HIT! Die Treppe ist für Kleinkinder unter 4 Jahren bedenklich steil. Die Matratzen sind weich. Schön ist das 140ger Bett in EG. Das ist ein tolles Tagesbett zum chillen. Es fehlen in der Küche so Sachen wie ein Mixer oder Nudelholz und es sind zu wenig und zu kleine Töpfe vorhanden. Die Sauberkeit könnte ein wenig besser sein. Der Strand ist in 15-30 Min. mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der kann sich sehen lassen! Das Haus und die Umgebung machen Spaß! Wir würden es wieder machen.

Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, in der Küchhe ist bis auf Kleinigkeiten alles vorhanden.Küchenmesser sollten mitgebracht werden wenn man kochen möchte.

sfeer en kwaliteit

Complete, luxe en sfeervolle villa. Ruimte genoeg voor 6 personen. Villa 4 is in maritieme sfeer ingericht. De ruimte is praktisch ingedeeld. Alles was schoon en het huis rook bij aankomst fris.Jammer dat er voor de sfeer geen (elektrisch) haardje in zit maar warm is het huis zeker met o.a. vloerverwarming. Wifi is aanwezig maar heel erg traag. Een klein aandachtpuntje: schoonloopmat bij de achterdeur en een broodmes bij de keukeninventaris. Voor mensen met een hond is zijn er wandelmogelijkheden genoeg, leuk dat ze welkom zijn trouwens. De prijs is voor een bevriend echtpaar te doen maar voor een gezin met kleine kinderen of stelletje aan de hoge kant. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug.
