The property offers two spacious entertaining and living room areas, a gourmet kitchen built for entertaining, and a private steamy hot tub on the deck. The Bear Hollow neighborhood offers a common area pool and hot tub area with pool use in summer, along with fitness and clubhouse facilities, making Bear Hollow a wonderful summer getaway. The Bear Hollow neighborhood backs up to 200 acres of open space along with nearby hiking and biking trails. The Utah Olympic Park ski jumps and bobsled tracks are adjacent to the neighborhood and offer delightful entertainment and camps in summer, along with practice observation in winter.
