Separate sauna building with electric light, washroom and efficient wood-fired stove. Big villa on high and sunny rocky outcrop; steep steps down to shore along face of rock. In yard garage, storeroom, children’s sand box, and garden swings. Part of house has underfloor heating. Russian speaking person available.
Owner rents electric outboard motor, price 50 €/week.
Anttola 10 km, Neitvuori 20 km, Visulahti + Kenkävero + Mikaeli 45 km. Ski slopes Tornimäki 30 km.
