56 km south of Savonlinna, Lake Saimaa's Pihlajavesi area 25 m, hard, partly shallow and deep sand/ rock bottom. Own boat.
Wooden cottage 2006, living room/ kitchen with 2 extra beds (sofa bed), two bedrooms,2 single beds in each, washroom, sauna (electric stove), utilities room, hall, open porch.
Additionally, separate lakeshore sauna with wood-burning stove, living room/kitchen, cold and warm water. Sauna building has a fireplace room which can be only used during summer.
Included in price:
ERV cancellation insurance
Final cleaning (Basic cleaning is always carried out by the guest) (2026-04-12 - 2027-05-01)
Laundry (initial supply of bed linen and towels) (2026-04-12 - 2027-05-01)
