Stunning PK Waterfront Home| Private Beach Entry| Private Dock|Game Room|Hot Tub

Bring family and friends to enjoy this beautiful Possum Kingdom lake front home! Lake front with beach entry surrounding the entire backside of the property. The home is spacious for entertaining with a screened in back porch with beautiful lake views and a large game room with everything you could ever want! We recently added a hot tub and even have 4 kayaks and 2 paddle boards for guest use.
The home features 4 bedrooms & 3 full baths. Primary room has a king, guest room 1 with a queen and guest room with a queen & and twin. 4th bedroom is an oversized bunk room with a 3 full-size beds and 2 twins.Bunk room also has an en suite full bathroom, TV and lots of games! 2 separate living rooms with sectional couches and a bonus reading room with a day bed/trundle overlooking the lake. We have several entertaining spaces available through out the property!
Outside offers a screened-in back porch with beautiful views of the lake (my favorite spot!) and a large private boat dock. Fish right off the dock or swim from your very own sandy beach. We are located in a cove on main body so it's a great spot for water toys!
**We do have our personal boat on a lift in the boat slip. Bumpers are provided on the sides and you are able to tie off on the side of the dock.**
Also, you will find a large detached 2 car garage converted into a game room with its own bathroom & Heater/AC. Offers a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey table, foosball, poker table & corn hole boards.
Weber gas and charcoal grills for all of your outdoor cooking under the outdoor covered patio! Large fire pit with chairs for all of your late night S'more cooking! And, new this year, we have added a hot tub just off the patio!
The listing is for 12 guests. If more than 12 are in your reservation, additional charges will apply to cover cleaning costs. Reach out if wanting to book over the 12 guest limit.

Twisted Hook

What a fun place to stay. Excellent location on the lake and lots of stuff to do when at the property. Brought the boat and jet skis with us. Will definitely be coming back.

3 Generation Familly Lake Get-Away

Beautiful, secluded, immaculate property - inside and out! The house was clean and had everything we needed and more. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, comfy bedding, throw blankets, towels, and many indoor and outdoor seating areas. The Game Room was a huge hit for all, and the kayaks and paddleboards added extra fun. The dock provided lots of room for fishing and lounging. The yard was very usable for games and the fire pit was great for marshmellow roasting! We even enjoyed the cows and horses that visited the front property. Such a relaxing and fun getaway. All of us hope to return to this property again. Sarah is an excellent host!

Fantastic Place!!!

The house was absolutely amazing! The screened in porch was my favorite spot. It was just peaceful and relaxing. My only “complaint” is that we didn’t book a longer trip! I can’t wait to go back. The dock was nice and large.

My family and I stayed Friday through Sunday and loved every minute of it. The part of the lake house is perfect, it was not too crowded and we where able jetski and go tubing without worrying about too many people, boats, etc.. house was conveniently stocked with everything you can think of and might need. Plan on staying longer next year and have already recommended it to a family friend.

Fantastic house directly in a cove

We absolutely loved this property directly on PK. The set up was perfect for a family reunion. It was clean, adorable, and they had everything available that we could want. I absolutely love the location on the lake, as we didn’t have hardly any boat traffic the weekend we went. Such a fun weekend. Thank you for creating such a great space to make memories!

Beautiful Lake house

We couldn’t have asked for a better property to have our family summer vacation. Everything was squeaky clean. There were plenty of beds, linens, bathroom supplies, extra toiletries and more! Laurie really went an extra mile to make her property comfortable and welcoming for our family. The game room is a wonderful added bonus for the fun while others slept. We enjoyed our stay on this beautiful property.

Excellent accommodations!!!

Every detail has been thought of by the owners! Game room was perfect! Plenty of dishes in the kitchen! No detail overlooked! We wanted to get away for a couple of days just to spend time together with no distractions and Twisted Hook was a perfect match! Will definitely look at coming back! Even though it was December, we had a few that jumped in the lake! Fishing from the kayaks was a plus! 🎣

You can tell a lot of thought went into this rental.

Our host was very accommodating for our large group and called us just to make sure we found the home okay and to let us know where extra linens were kept. There was plenty of activities available at the home and even life vests which was a pleasant surprise. Also, the yard was beautiful and the kids ran through the sticker free carpet grass. 😉 All in all, everyone had a wonderful time.

Incredible Reunion at the Twisted Hook!

Our group of Navy Retirees had a phenomenal Reunion at the Twisted Hook! The property was everything we hoped it would be and was even better than the reviews and pictures could describe. Our Hosts did an incredible job of communicating and facilitating our check-in and departure and responded immediately to any of our needs. All of the living areas in the main home were recently redecorated and the home is absolutely beautiful. There was plenty of space to accommodate of group of 10. The property is located just a few miles from The Cliffs Resort Golf Course where we played a round to begin our reunion. Although Mother Nature did not cooperate with our plans to spend the majority of our time outdoors fishing on the boat dock, playing outdoor games and sitting around the fire pit, we were able to retreat to the comforts of the large game room to play cards, games, pool, ping pong and watch sports. This property is in the top 2 of rentals that I have stayed at through the years and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a lakefront getaway!!!

Splendid!!

I would recommend this place to anyone visiting PK. They have a private dock with kayaks and paddle boards. The fishing is great right outside of their cove. The garage game room is where we spent most of our time. We have 13 of us and we could have slept 5 more easily. Sarah and Landon were so very kind and helpful. Anytime we had a question I could call or text Sarah and she would respond within minutes. We made lots of memories and the kids didn't want to leave. We will definitely be coming back!!

Amazing Property!

This property was beautiful on arrival, clean, and smelled wonderful. We appreciated the attention to details with snacks and a sweet note from owners. It was perfect for our group that consisted of ages from 10 - 80. Everything we needed was available throughout the kitchen, outdoor games, grill, etc. There was a beautiful devotional that they had even turned to the date of our arrival. I enjoyed reading/studying drinking coffee on the screened in porch. It was very enjoyable for our entire family. We have some dear family friends that will be contacting you to rent for their family as well. We will definitely rent again. Thank you for sharing your home!

Beautiful property with wonderful amenities on the lake! We met in the middle with some family for a weekend getaway, and this was such a fun spot. Lots of room for all the siblings and their kids. The kids loved swimming off the dock and cruising the cove in the kayaks and paddle boards. Awesome game room with something for everyone. S'mores at the fire pit were the icing on the cake for a special weekend. The host Sarah was also very welcoming and such a delight to communicate with! We are looking forward to our next trip here!

Prefect weekend!

My husband and i came here for a weekend getaway. The house is amazing, i can see us coming back with our family. This house is clean, well decorated and smells so good! There is so much room for everyone to have some space (if you came with a group). The garage converted to a game room is so much fun for kids of all ages. The dock was our favorite part, just enjoying the lake, fishing and doing nothing. it’s so quiet and peaceful! The owners were fast to respond to everything. Check out is easier than many other places,

After searching for a few years, we found our beloved Twisted Hook and it was everything we had dreamed of! Lush green grass, beach entry and the house has plenty of space to host all of our friends and family! Entertaining and providing hospitality is one of our greatest joys and we love that we get to share our home with others. Our hope is that everyone who enters our door feels welcome and leaves with hearts full!
