Looking for a family retreat or place to gather with friends at the lake? This lovely home has an in-ground pool and is in Sportsman’s World, close to Bluff Creek Marina. Sleeps max of 10 with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths.
Enjoy the sunrise laying out at the pool or from the hot tub or have a day of fun in the game garage. Prepare meals from the outdoor grill or relax by the fire pit. This home is located near the local marina where you can rent a boat or watercraft. This home has everything you can possibly need!

GENERAL: Air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, linens/towels, high-speed wireless internet
PARKING: Gravel driveway with ample parking space for watercraft as well.
OUTDOOR RECREATION: Possum Kingdom Lake (on-site access), Hell's Gate/Devil's Island (2.5 miles), Cliffs Resort Golf Course (10.2 miles), Morris Sheppard Dam (12.6 miles), Rochelle’s Canoe and Kayak Rental (25.6 miles), Palo Pinto Mountain State Park (26.5 miles), Mineral Wells Fossil Park (30.7 miles), Possum Kingdom State Park (33.8 miles), Lake Mineral Wells State Park & Trailway (39.4 miles), swimming, boating, watersports, fishing, fly-fishing

Thank you so much for deciding to stay at a Smart Vacation Rental home! We are a lake loving family who enjoy Possum Kingdom and want others to make memories here too. We started renting out our home and it has become our passion. We now work here, stay here, and play here. My husband DeWayne and myself sell real estate here, manage homes around PK and are the owners of Smart Realty and Smart Vacation Rentals. We love Possum Kingdom and we hope you will love it just as much as we do!
We love spending time with our kids. When we aren't at the lake we are generally at the softball fields or another kids activity. We are available to answer any questions you may have during your stay. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
