Our condo is located in 'Wild Pines,' which is part of Bonita Bay, a premiere South Florida community. Our condo has amazing golf course views in Bonita Bay a secure gated community, with 2 entrances, overflowing with beautifully maintained, lush tropical landscaping,
Relax in Florida style!
- Enjoy Bonita Bay's amenities: private beach access with complimentary Shuttle service to/from beach(only 5 miles away), walking and biking trails through park-like settings, beautiful water-parks to watch wild-life, maybe even glimpse a manatee or dolphin...
- Enjoy the quiet community pool & tennis courts in Wild Pines, right outside your doorstep.
- Board the round-trip shuttle (during 'season' 15 Nov - 30 Apr; times posted at the entrance of Wild Pines) to conveniently transport you to Bonita Bay's private pavilion on beautiful Bonita Beach (w/bathroom facilities and vending). Local past-time is to watch for dolphins and the 'green flash' at sunset... accompanied by applause. 'Off-season,' parking is available at the pavilion. The original beach club is under construction from Hurricane Ian. There are two other beaches (lovers Key and Docs)that the shuttle will take you to. The new beach club is scheduled to open sometime June or July summer of 2025
- Riverwalk Park, at Bonita Bay’s southern border, is located on the Imperial River. The park offers 1 lighted tennis court, pickle ball courts, a basketball court, 3 bocce ball courts, children’s playground, restroom facilities, 2 pet stations, canoe racks, boat docks and a launching ramp. There is also a twelve-station fitness course called the Parcourse. The park and its facilities are available for all Bonita Bay residents and their guests.
- Shop right outside of Bonita Bay's gate at the 'Promenade' with its great restaurants (favorite: DeRomo's) and fun boutiques, as well as shop up the road at 'Coconut Point' with it's high-end shopping and restaurants. Grocery and drug stores abound nearby.
- Visit the wonderful Naples Zoo 'down the road.' Listen for the lion's roar... and don't miss the alligator show!
- Located an easy 20 mile drive to Ft Meyers international airport (RSW). Or about 55 minutes to Punta Gorda airport (PGD). Both are easy access airports.
- 3rd Floor unit with vaulted ceilings. Unit has both stairs & elevator access.

We had a wonderful stay at Wild Pines. Great communication with the host, the condo was very clean and as shown in the pictures. The Bonita Bay complex is amazing. We hope to be back again and would come back to this property.

Wonderful getaway! Look no further!

The condo was spotlessly clean upon arrival. It had everything we could possibly need. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. It’s beautifully decorated. The owner is very responsive if you have any questions or needs. The huge benefit to this unit in my opinion is that you have access to the private beach. You can pull up and have free parking with your Bonita Bay pass. They have chairs and umbrellas set up. There are bathrooms, showers, ice machines and vending machines. It’s so nice not to have to lug the chairs, etc. back and forth. If you prefer the pool. We used the pool and hot tub within Wild Pines. It was nice and relaxing. The lanai backs up to trees and a pond. It’s really peaceful and beautiful. We will definitely return and can’t wait! We love Doc’s on the beach as well which is just a short walk from the private beach. There are a lot of great restaurants & shopping within a very close proximity as well.

Cute and cozy

It was nice to be able to communicate with the owner before and during our stay. He was always very kind and responsive. The condo was clean, cute and very well equipped. The location is close to shopping, dining, however I did think it may be closer to the beach. Beach shuttle was a nice option. I would highly recommend this cute home for a small family. :)

We really had a great experience during our stay at this clean and beautiful condo. The beach access was one of our favorite things to do. Relaxing, visiting old friends, eating in places we don't have access to where we live. Definitely we would like to come back again!

Wonderful Week Stay

Really had a great stay at this property. Michael was a fantastic host and was quick to respond to any questions. The condo was clean with a relaxing lanai and stocked with everything we needed. The beach club was a wonderful addition! So nice to have umbrellas and loungers waiting for us on a quiet beautiful beach. Would highly recommend this condo and host and am looking forward to staying again soon!

Why they chose this property

We live in the Midwest and have always loved escaping the cold winters to Florida. After many years of renting we took the plunge to purchase after finding this unit in Bonita Bay. We love Bonita Bay and the many parks, walking trails, beautiful landscaping, safe gated community, private beach, and the very friendly people.
