Very beautiful windmill "La Ripresa", 2 storeys, from the 16th century. 6 km from the centre of Vicchio di Mugello, 36 km from the centre of Firenze, in a secluded, quiet position, 25 m from the river, in the countryside. Private: garden 1'000 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden. In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 04.Apr.. Narrow motor access to 100 m from the house. Parking on the premises. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 6 km, shopping centre 6 km.

Casetta immersa nel verde
Ho soggiornato per 3 notti in questa splendida casetta immersa nel verde, accanto alla quale scorre un torrente, le cui acque in passato azionavano il mulino le cui vestige sono ancora visibili nella casa. Attrezzata di tutto compreso il Wi-Fi, anche perché il telefono prende con difficoltà. Accesso in auto in forte discesa ed angusto, non consigliato ad autisti con poca esperienza. Dista da Vicchio circa 6 km (10’ in auto). È indispensabile avere l’auto.
