Casa Tara is a nice hayloft renovated with care to the typical Tuscan style. Ideal starting point to visit the Chianti area, the fresher Casentino area anf of course the most important city of arts. Country house "Tara". 15 km from the centre of Arezzo, 35 km from the centre of Siena, 50 km from the centre of Firenze. For shared use: garden (fenced), swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 110 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 09.May. - 26.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, table tennis, barbecue. Private: arbour, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Grocery 200 m, restaurant 2 km, railway station "Laterina" 2 km, thermal baths "Rapolano Terme" 37 km. Nearby attractions: Castiglion Fiorentino 31 km, Radda In Chianti 36 km, Cortona 43 km. Please note: residence with electric gates. The owner lives on the same property. The owner has a dog.
2-room house 70 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy furnishings: kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table and CD-player. Exit to the garden, to the patio, to the swimming pool. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating (extra). Heating available only from 01.11. to 01.04. Upper floor: 1 open double bedroom. Open living/sleeping room with 2 sofabeds and TV. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, box-room. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. The double bedroom and the living roomwith the 2 armchair beds are separated by a little wall, therefore there are not 2 completely independent. On the back of the house there is another shower/WC which can only be reached from the swimming pool at diposal of our guests. IT051042C22VJAMELN

Beautiful guesthouse! Kitchen had everything we needed. Bigger bath towels would have been better. Difficult to communicate with the landlords as they had no English and I had very little italian

Die Unterkunft liegt außerhalb der kleinen Ortschaft.Der Altötting kann bergauf ungut 15 min erreicht werden zum ausgehen 2 Pizzeria.das Grundstück und der große Pool sind sehr sauber und gepflegt Die Wohnung selber nicht Renovierungsbedürftig.Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.Die Besitzer wohnen auf dem Grundstück und sind sehr Hilfsbereit.Nochmals vielen Dank an die Haushälterinund ihren Mann

Empfehlenswert mit kleinen Einschränkungen

wir wurden vor Ort sehr freundlich empfangen, erhielten zur Begrüßung Obst und verschiedene andere Dinge (Mehl,Milch, Zucker,..). Das Haus ist für 4 Personen nicht geeignet, das Bad ist sehr klein, die Küche auch, allerdings war sie sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Aussenbereich war sehr schön, Pool sauber, ansonsten war die Sauberkeit im mittleren Bereich. Unterm Strich war die Unterkunft aber gut geeignet um auszuspannen/zur Erholung.

Gut mit Fragezeichen

In der Summe GUT, aber mit Fragezeichen. Die Lage+Pool sind sehr OK. Der Ort Laterina ist reizend+ zu Fuss (10min) erreichbar über Weg links vom Eingang. Im Haus haben wir so nach und nach alles in Betrieb nehmen können. Die Besitzer (Valentina+Stephano) sind alt+pflegebedürftig. Das übernimmt C., die 'Haussklavin', die anscheinend rund um die Uhr present sein muss. Die Beleuchtung im Haus ist sehr schlecht!! Meine Empfehlung :2x Baustrahler mit nehmen!! Die Mückenplage hielt sich in Grenz

Kleines nettes Haus. Ausreichend für bis zu vier Personen. Nur ein Schlafzimmer mit Trennwand, ist aber ausreichend! Mega geiler 70qm Pool. Top Restaurant fussläufig 500 Meter entfernt. XXX Weltklasse Speisen, nicht überteuert, aber Mega lecker!

Erholfaktor gut

WLan war sehr schlecht. Unter den Möbeln (Schränke, Sitzmöbel und Beistellmöbel ) waren überall Spinnweben und man hat deutlich gesehen, dass dort schon lange nicht mehr geputzt wurde.

Un bon moment

Location de qualité conforme à la description, le cadre est très "Toscane", on peut rejoindre le charmant village à pied par un sentier de crête. Les hôtes très accueillant et disponible ont contribué au plaisir du séjour. Le +++ la piscine. Le - prévoir des produits anti-moustiques
