Casa Leggiadra D is a characteristic apartment that is part of an ancient country house. It sleeps four people. From Casa Leggiadra D you will have a nice view of the surrounding countryside and of the vineyards. Casa Leggiadra D is 75 square meters (810 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area and winter heating.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from Castelfranco di Sopra, where you will find restaurants and a grocery store.
Casa Leggiadra D is located on the ground floor.
To stay at Casa Leggiadra D you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a reserved parking space. Casa Leggiadra D is one of the holiday homes available in a complex. Casa Leggiadra is a traditional, large home in the Tuscan countryside. It is at the peak of a verdant hill, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. You will find yourselves only a kilometer from Castelfranco di Sopra, a fascinating village rich in historical buildings dating back to 1300.


A green meadow surrounding the villa is perfect for children to play. Besides the beautiful swimming pool, you will also enjoy a panoramic view of the Pratomagno mountains and the surrounding valley.


There are five small holiday apartments in Casa Leggiadra. Each apartment has a reserved outdoor area, the swimming pool and garden are shared. The apartments have terracotta flooring and wooden beam ceilings and are carefully furnished with locally crafted pieces. At Casa Leggiadra you will feel immediately immersed in the atmosphere of the Tuscan countryside.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 1.80 meters (6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the Tuscan hills and of the vineyards. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until mid-September.
Garden
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet). It is partly shaded by olive trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. In the garden you will find a fenced children's playground. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Other roomsLaundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, a clothes dryer and an iron at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).  Patio
In the patio there will be a reserved area for your own exclusive use. The patio is partly shaded by olive trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella.
Living Room
The living room is paved with wood. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a garden through a French door. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
