Location-Location! Don’t stay on the outskirts when you can stay in the heart of town. Amazing outdoor space with a gas grill and option for a heated pool to help you enjoy the beautiful Phoenix weather. 2700 sqft 4 bedroom 2 full bath. Fully remodeled home in a contemporary style, with mid century modern decor. Nestled in the tranquil Phoenix Mountain Preserve. Amazing views, walking distance to the best hiking and biking trails phoenix has to offer. Big rooms and spa baths. This is Vacation!
Pool heating charges are $75/100 per day.

The (optional) heated pool butts up nature and has the feel of a real oasis in the desert. This Home is sterilized to CDC standards before and after all guests. You will always enter safe sterile environment. Its hard to find a home like this in phoenix. Being centrally located but with open desert is a rare find. This home has no neighbors you can really see out the back yard. It looks out over part of the Mountain Preserve and has amazing desert sunsets. The Wildlife is amazing here. you’ll see families of chipmunks, desert squirrels quails hummingbirds rabbits and owls in the neighborhood.

Beautiful house - great location

This a beautiful house in a great location. Backs up to the Phoenix Mountain Preserve and is just five minutes from highway with easy access to downtown Phoenix and to northern suburbs. House has all modern appliances and internet/cable services. Pet friendly also. Our dog loved it.

The home was amazingly clean, bright, beautiful and welcoming! The backyard is the true gem of this property and is private and very dog friendly. There is a Curve-Billed Thrasher that hangs out on the tree and cactus in the yard and has a wonderful song. The location is close to anything you may need for your stay or for adventures you wish to seek. Lee was available if we had any questions at all and was very communicative and helpful. Definately a wonderful Oasis!

Perfect location, amazing host & awesome overall experience

Absolutely perfect experience from the conversations leading up to the reservation, to the music and the cleanliness of the home. Lee was exceptional to work with, had our best interests in mind. The home was perfect from the pool to the comfy beds, from the amenities to the Alexa house controls, etc. The house backed up to a nature preserve and close to restaurants and grocery stores. We can't wait to return and stay here again.

Sanctuary near the city.

Great location that back us to the mountain preserve while being near everything. Nice modern house and the commutation with the host was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a rare find for phoenix. My home is central to the city so getting around is super easy. Im close to most everything you would want to do in Phoenix.

My neighborhood is tucked in the mountain preserve and has great views all around.
As you can see by the photos my home buts up to a part of the mountain preserve. Its very private and tranquil here.
