This luxurious Villa features the best Arizona has to offer. The backyard is a private & pristine oasis of appealing amenities that include a sparkling pool & spa with colorful waterfall & bubblers, grill, covered cabana, dining furniture, & a beverage fridge. Sunbathe on one of the lounge chairs or daybeds. Enough space to enjoy your personal resort.

The space
Ultra-modern & luxurious. Built to be your personal oasis.

From the 12' ceilings to the speakers in every room to the sliding glass doors that open the wall and bring the inside/outside. The entire home is controlled by a tablet from the music to the pool.

We provide a flexible check-in with a keypad and custom code - All the amenities you can think of, and even the ones you forget to ask about - Recommendation list of local restaurants, bars, and fun family activities - Heated pool & spa available for extra depending on the length of stay!

The home has 4 bedrooms and 8 beds with the following sleeping situation:

We were a very quick overnight stay on our way through town so we didn't have time to take in all of the amenities of this thoughtfully laid out home. It was close to Biltmore for dinner and easy access to the airport for us to catch our flight. The great room layout is beautiful just as pictured. The backyard looked fantastic so we'd love to book again for a longer stay to enjoy all the fun this home has to offer. The host was responsive and easy to work with too.

The property was just as described. The main problem is finding it. The address doesn’t show on maps properly. I tried to get ahold of the host but was unsuccessful. We ended up finding it on our own. It was equipped with all the amenities and in a great location.

Beautiful home in a great location with excellent amenities!

The house was beautiful, both inside and out! Very clean and very well kept. Communication with the host was amazing. He accommodated our early arrival and allowed us to drop our luggage off prior to our check-in time. Pool and outdoor space was well maintained, with amazing amenities (outdoor fridge, TV, fan, couch and BBQ). Inside had all of the appliances and items needed to host a large group. Sound system and TV were easy to use and had a wide variety of stations. Location was within 15 minutes driving of all major attractions and even closer to Costco and other stores. Overall an amazing trip thanks to a great host and property! Highly recommend.

The Neighborhood
The Arcadia neighborhood is trendy & upscale. Close to Old Town Scottsdale & Spring Training. Walking distance to many coffee shops & restaurants like Le Grande Orange (LGO), & Buck and Rider. Within a mile of breweries like OHSO & 12 minutes from the airport. The neighborhood is centrally located to golf in North Scottsdale or attend the Scottsdale Open (30 minutes) & hit a hike of Camelback Mountain (5 minutes.)

Life in Arcadia is memorable by its huge front yards, people sitting on their front patios after work for a drink (vs going inside or in the backyard) and you’ll see lots of people walking and biking to dinner, the store, etc.

The Old Town shops are definitely a favorite to go and peruse, as is Fashion Square mall (many stores and wonderful restaurants like Nobu and Toca Madera) which are both about 6 minutes away.
