Welcome to 818 East Arctic! This charming 2 bedroom/1.5 bath Folly Beach single family home comfortably sleeps 5 guests and has a splendid ocean view. Located directly across the street from the beach, it's the perfect vacation spot for both family and friends alike.

After a day at the beach, rinse off under the outdoor shower and relax in the hammocks or porch swing while taking in the cool ocean breeze. Try some local seafood and grill up the daily catch using the charcoal grill. The half bath is located under the house with the washer and dryer for easy outdoor access.

The bedrooms, kitchen, full-size bathroom, and living room are all on the main level of the house. The first bedroom has a Queen bed, whereas the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a Full sized mattress on the bottom and a Twin sized mattress on the top. The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances to prepare the family meals.

Amenities include keyless entry, contactless check-in, central heat and air, outdoor shower, sun deck, covered patio area under the house, grill, washer & dryer, YouTube TV, free WIFI internet, and more! *Note there is no dishwasher. 24-hour emergency on-call staff is always available. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Must be 25 years old or older to rent, no exceptions. We hope to see you on the beach soon!

Beach renourishment is expected to begin in March 2024. During this time, areas of the beach may be temporarily closed and/or impacted. Public beach accesses can be found at nearly every block and/or half block up and down the island. We are not responsible for any beach disruptions caused by the renourishment. Please contact us or the City of Folly Beach if you would like more information.

Great Locatiion

Great house for a couple or small family! House is across the street from the beach with beach access just steps away. Nice and quiet and a nice bike ride or walk to town. Would stay again.

This is such a cute , clean cottage . The location is perfect for beach access . and close enough to town . My husband and I would live in this home if we could . Love Folly Beach !! Always a great experience

Great Location and Cute Beach House

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute beach house located directly across from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. The only issue was there weren’t enough beach chairs and no beach towels.
