My condo is located in the Seascape Resort. It is a great place for your vacation! With five large swimming pools (the one nearest us is heated in cooler weather), 5 tennis courts, pickleball courts, a basketball court, golf, and lots of meandering roads for walking and bike riding. And then there are the beautiful white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast!
Seascape has several restaurants and entertainment venues all within the resort, you can even walk to dinner! Saturday is the check in and check out day.
This condo is perfect for families with children. I DO NOT RENT TO THOSE UNDER 25 UNLESS IN A FAMILY GROUP.
My 3 bedroom condo has 2 king size beds and a set of twin beds plus a sofa sleeper. Plenty of room for everyone!
Amenities include 4 TVs, a washer/dryer (big savings over many of Seascape's units), and a carport/porch with rocking chairs and a swing.
All linens, including beach towels, are provided. I also provide the following essential supplies which will last a week - dish detergent, laundry detergent, fabric softener, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, lotion, soap, paper towels, and much more. You will find first aid supplies, hair spray, emery boards, sewing supplies etc.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the items you need to create that wonderful beach meal. I have added kitchen extras you might need to make your own meals, including many spices, sugar, flour, tea, etc. You will find that most of these things are not furnished at other condos. Think how much money you will save when you choose our condo (and time spent shopping or packing!). Who else has a waffle iron?!
The unit is located on a quiet, beautiful cul-de-sac, in a relaxed area of the resort where you can kick back and enjoy the calm while an entire 230 acre resort awaits you. The lack of traffic makes it a safer place for children. The enclosed courtyard is a perfect place to unwind after a fun day at the beach. Here you will find 2 storage boxes with beach chairs, an umbrella, and sand toys. There are 2 chaise lounges, wicker chairs, and several side tables. The courtyard is edged by flowers; maybe you will water them while spraying off the beach sand from your day of fun. Tennis courts are located at the entrance to my street, Seagull Cove, and one of the 5 pools is very near my unit. All of Seascape's condos are across the street from the Gulf. You can walk from the condo to the beach in about 7 minutes or you can use Seascape's on property parking lot so you won't have to get into the beach road traffic.
Once you view the sugar-white sand and emerald green waters of this particular part of the Gulf of Mexico, you'll fall in love with this area. It's a combination that you won't find elsewhere in Florida. We are located in Miramar Beach which is just outside Destin's city limits.
In addition to simply enjoying the beauty of this area, in the summer you can jet ski, para-sail, scuba, snorkel, surf, and even play volleyball, pickle ball. Bring your bikes for a wonderful family outing or rent them here at the resort! There is a beautiful new basketball court very near my condo; bring your basketball!
Destin's fishing opportunities are second to none, with the Gulf of Mexico on one side and the huge bay on the other side. You can charter a boat from our beautiful Harbor or just stop by and watch the fishermen come in with the daily catch.
And if you are a shopper, check out the Silver Sands Outlet Mall with over 100 stores. It's less than a mile from Seascape's entrance. This is a shopper's dream come true.
The Seascape pros have tennis clinics for the children in the summer.The resort offers beautiful lush green areas, streets for walking or bike riding and tropical landscaping.
The villa is located only two streets back from the beach road. I think you'll agree that this is one of the best locations in the area.
