Our condo was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We had everything we needed for our week long stay plus stuff for the beach. We only needed sunscreen and beach towels that we brought from home. There is also a private entrance to the beach. The hosts Matt & Carol were excellent, always there if we needed them. Communication was excellent. The balcony was great, we sat and drank our coffee and watched the sunrise, which is always beautiful. You can’t go wrong booking the clean and ready condo in Miramar, Florida. Plenty of shops nearby and plenty places to eat. Carol & Matt also will give you some of their recommendations of their favorite places.

The unit itself was clean and as advertised with a great location for beach access. The outside appearance itself was a little rundown and need of some updating. Overall good experience.
