The location of this condo was perfect! Beach access was directly across the street, and just a short walking distance to John's Pass. View of the marina was nice and quiet as well.

What an amazing place. So convenient to everything. Enjoyed the marina and walking across the street to the beautiful beach. Beautiful condo and lovely decorated. Enjoyed the rooftop bar next door. Highly recommended.

would definitely stay here again if in the area. The condo has a well equipped kitchen, beds are comfortable and in a great location. Short walk to John's Pass and to the beach. Nice view of the marina, much better than the street view and street noise. Rich was great to work with. Onsite staff was great.

Good Experience

Location was great, just a block or two to the shops at St. John’s Pass, and across the street from public beach access. Condo had mostly everything that we needed except for an extra blanket for the sofa bed, which we asked for in advance. We ended up having to buy a blanket. We went on a clear kayak tour to Shell Key Preserve and would highly recommend it. Great area!
