Let the good times roll at Galveston Beach Lodge! This mini-compound has space for 15 people spread out over two homes— the main house in front and the guest suite in the back. This bright and vibrant coastal home is seconds away from the dining and excitement of the Seawall while providing plenty of privacy and peace for your whole crew. In between trips to the beach, take a dip in the cowboy soaking pool, relax on the back patio with a cool drink, and grill some dinner on the outdoor barbeque.
Location: Centrally located on Galveston Island, just 3 minutes from Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn.
Beach access: A quick walk or 30 second drive from the beaches at the Seawall.
Private pool: We have above ground pool in the backyard between the Beach Lodge and Guest Suite! The pool has a wraparound deck.

WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.
Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.
Pet policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!
Parking: There is room for 5 cars in the driveway.
Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

The main house is a charming ranch style dwelling, welcoming you with a bright turquoise door and trim. Inside, the spacious living area flows seamlessly from the front door to the back, perfect for socializing and connecting with your group.
The open kitchen awaits you at the end of the living area, featuring crisp white cabinets and stainless steel appliances with pops of color on the pantry door and dishware. This well-equipped kitchen is sure to be the heart of your gathering, ideal for preparing everything from morning coffee to refreshing afternoon drinks. A convenient laundry room is located nearby.
For a restful retreat, the master bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Another bedroom boasts two comfortable queen-size beds and a built-in full-over-full bunk bed, perfect for families. Walking past the kitchen, you'll find two bedrooms. The bedroom on the right has a King bed with a TV, and the bedroom on the left has a queen bed as well as the washing machine and dryer.
Stepping outside, you'll find a great sized pool and wraparound deck, perfect for your family and friends. Behind the pool is a spacious guest house with a charming kitchenette and bar seating across the cobblestone patio. The living area is infused with cheerfulness thanks to a colorful shiplap accent wall, and is equipped with a comfortable pull-out sofa and a flat-screen TV. Behind the living area lies a queen-size bedroom and a full bathroom with a step-in shower. A wooden patio between the main house and guest house offers a perfect spot for sunbathing, grilling, and enjoying meals together.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 15 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner's routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
