Great stay

We wanted a chill, fun beach vacation and this delivered. We spent the mornings at the beach and the afternoons in the pool. It was a perfect escape from the cold northeast. The place was super clean, had everything we needed, and was close to everything. Highly recommend!

Bonita birthday

We booked this so my daughter and friend had things to do for her birthday. We were not disappointed!This is a beautiful house with everything a family would want: pool, pool table, kayaks, bicycles and the beach is only about a mile away. I hope we can go back again

We loved our get away here. The property was clean and had everything we needed and more. On sunny days the pool was amazing and everything was just minutes away and on rainy days there were endless amount of games and things to do at the property. Guillermo was a big help and easily available for any questions. We hope to come back and book this property again!

This house is wonderfully furnished, comfortable, clean, centrally located and very well priced!

We could not have asked for a better beach vacation house than this! Literally a 10 minute drive to Barefoot Beach. It has everything one needs to enjoy the local beaches, but also has all the conveniences to make being at home relaxing. The communication was clear and effective, the house is clean and the pool and entertainment area was wonderful! The hosts were amazing and we would highly recommend this listing!

Great Home - Close to Everything!

We visited Bonita Springs to do a college tour near by. It was very close to the beach and the school. The house had everything we needed. Very clean and spacious. Great communication with the property manager. He was very helpful! We will definitely be back.

Great vacation home

This house is the perfect getaway spot. Everything was clean, organized, and comfortable. The pool is lovely, there's a pool table, foosball, and darts to entertain people (as well as a closet full of games). There are a few restaurants that are walkable (we're from NYC, so we walk everywhere). The owner was incredibly responsive when I needed anything, even something as silly as, "Where are the pool towels hiding?" Five stars from us!

Spring Break getaway

This property was ideal for a short family visit to enjoy the gulf beaches (Lovers Key State Park). Everything was as described with the house. It has everything you need and have in your own home. The beds are very comfortable and the pool area is a wonderful outdoor space to relax. The neighbourhod is vey quiet yet close to shops and the main roads to get around the area. The garage had a wonderful array of accessories from coolers to beach chairs to bike and sport equipment- literally everything you might need for recreation. A lovely place to stay- thank you Guillermo !

Wonderful Stay

We LOVED our stay here. This property had everything we could have possibly needed…and more!! The house was so very welcoming and the beds were incredibly comfortable!! We all slept just like we were home…maybe even better. The kitchen was well equipped with new appliances and every gadget you could think of!! The pool and outdoor space was perfect. They have games galore to keep you entertained!! The owners were very accommodating and quick to respond. They were the absolute BEST!! Everything you could possibly need is here at this location. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient. We will definitely stay again!!

Perfect retreat

My wife and I enjoyed the house a lot. It is spacious, well equipped, and the lanai is something to remember. Bonita beach is one of the better Florida beaches and is nearby. Naples and its wide variety of restaurants is within a 20-minute drive. Fort Myers is not much much further afield. And if you get tired of the beach, you can perfectly relax at the pool in the lanai that is facing North meaning that it is never directly exposed to sunlight during the day. After enjoying a few days in this place you would start seriously thinking about moving to Florida.

This is a great spot. Close to a supermarket and restaurants. The property is very private due to landscaping. Lots of things to entertain the kids (even adults) pool table, foosball table, darts, plenty of games, a mini piano. The pool was nice and the beds were comfortable. Everything we needed in the kitchen was provided, air fryer, magic bullet, blender, toaster, spices, coffee bar, speakers. Each bedroom had a tv. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. It's a nice location and 20 min to the heart of Naples. We had a nice time and would stay again.

Bonita getaway

Beautiful villa, amazing stay... Just book it!

After lots of research we went for this and it 100% delivered.Villa is amazing, very clean, wonderfully laid out, comfy beds, pool was nice and warm and loved the games area next to it. It is fully stocked with everything you could need (bikes, golf clubs, fishing rods, coolers chairs parasols etc). Nice quiet residential location, friendly neighbours, less than 10min drive to the beaches or 25min cycle, supermarkets close by too. If you're looking for a place in Bonita Springs you don't need to look any further.

Would ABSOLUTELY REPEAT

I've rented probably a dozen homes over the years and this one was definitely the cleanest ever! Also, communication with property owner was direct and fast (like texting a friend.)Zero issues with the house which was very well appointed with toys for the kids, super nice/clean/warm private pool, great beach supplies, bikes, scooters, etc.Great experience. 5/5 no question.
