Amazing 4 Bedroom 3 Bath Pool Home. About 1 mile from the Beach and Great Eats

This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom "Hilton" is named Poolside Paradise TRE. It is our 3rd rental and by far the most luxurious and spacious. This home has almost 2100 sq ft of living space, which is perfect for the family vacation or two foursomes for golf. Our private, heated pool, will be the main attraction with the children and a great place to relax after a day at the beach. This screened in area with weber grill, and table for 6, is a great place to spend the evening. We provide all the grilling equipments, plates, cups, and such for a great dinner. If traditional cooking is your "thang", we have all the pots, pans, and gear for that as well. Our sun filled home comes complete with all the house towels as well as beach towels, shampoo, soaps, laundry detergent, dish detergent, paper towels and such. We even provide a high chair and portable baby crib for a comfortable and easy stay. You can enjoy a morning run to Delnor-Wiggins beach and state park or shop at the Traders Joes and Whole Foods that are less than a mile away. The "Marcato" outdoor shopping mall is a great place to window shop with an ice cream cone or take in a move at the Silver Screen.

Great vacation home!

Large and spacious home located in a quiet neighborhood. The home had everything we needed for our stay. Well equipped kitchen, relaxing family room and comfortable bedrooms. Loads of pool and beach stuff to make your stay even more enjoyable. Great location to the beach, shops and restaurants

We spent a long weekend in family with all the comforts. The house is equipped with everything you need, it is spacious and everything is in optimal operation. It would be great if they added extra blankets in the rooms. For the rest, everything was nice during our stay. The location is perfect, close to the beach and a quiet neighborhood. We would certainly rent it again.

The kids especially loved the heated pool. The water heater n the pool was warm and felt great in January when the temp was in the low 70s.

Perfect Family Getaway

This house is perfect for a family getaway. The home is spacious and well set up for young children. We spent many hours around the pool and just enjoying our time with family. Great location! Would highly recommend!

Very nice and convienent to everything.

This is a 4 br single floor home, 2 king rooms, 2 rooms with 2 twin beds in each room, with 2 car garage. Hardwoods throughout, with clean baths. It has a nice pool and patio area, with tables inside and outside, under a screened patio. I'd stay here again!

Amazing Beautiful house

We love our experiences in the house, you dont need to bring stuff for babies, they have crib, stroller, baby chair, water toys etc. The house was clean, is close to the beach, 100% recommended 👌

Great Family Reunion

The house was perfect for our family of 5 adults and 2 kids coming in for a family gathering. Besides having a great place to sleep our heads at night, local family came over to hang out cause it was spacious and the patio/pool made for a perfect atmosphere. Thanks for opening your house up to us! We will definitely be returning!

Naples Park

The house definitely allowed us to sleep and spread out comfortably. The only suggestion I would make is having some kind of soap in the showers and getting some wine glasses. Our family gets together annually and we had a nice time.

Great location. Close to the beach. Very accurate to picture. Pretty clean except for ants in the shower bathroom. Sliding door to the pool is not fixed.

Perfect house for our family vacation!!

Definitely we had a really great time. The house was perfect for our family vacation. It had all the accommodations and amenities you need and more. Everything was clean and all the beds very much confortable. It’s in a great location and neighborhood. and the beach is very close, like 5 mins in car. The best part the poolside, we enjoyed the most. Thank you very much to David and Laurel for everything. Definitely will be back as soon as we can. We would recommend this property.

Conveniently located

We were happy with the house in that we were able to get the booking on such short notice ( could be why we were confused about requesting 4 nights & only actually staying for three nights because we finally found out the house was booked the day we left. VRBO was very helpful in finally letting us know the last requested day would not be available- would definitely stay again.

Nice kitchen (lacked wine glasses and serving spoons) Two bedrooms left a bit to be desired The beds were not all that comfortable. The master and back bedroom were excellent. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy.

Why they chose this property

So, why did we choose Naples and Rental properties in Naples Park? This is kinda a fun story.
It started back in 2015 with the brutal mid-west ice storm that had most of the country in fringed temperatures. Laurel wanted some "vitamin D" (sunshine) and the only place in the country above 75 was south Florida.
While I normally chose a Marriott hotel to stay, I found that renting a home from VRBO was the same daily cost, yet we had a private pool, a mile from the beach, bicycles, and kitchen for my wife and young daughter, plus a Weber grill.
When we arrived at the home, we enjoyed the stay so much that we asked the owner if we could purchase the property from him. That turned out to be our first of 3 rental properties and Poolside Paradise was formed.
