Swimming pool (approx. 26°) and hot tub (from 16 years old) closed in November. The building was built on a sloping plot. The floors are considered as levels numbered from the residence floor. In case of heavy snowfall, it is forbidden to clear snow from the terraces, according to the administrator's instructions. Hillside complex "Terrasse des Alpes". In the district of Marigny 400 m from the centre of Montana, in a sunny position, 1.5 km from the lake, 1.5 km from the skiing area, south-west facing position. For shared use: indoor pool heated (12 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Oct. and 16.Dec. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 08:00-20:00). Hot tub, terrace. In the house: lounge, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar, café 400 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Montana Poste" 300 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 450 m, bathing lake "Moubra" 1.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3.8 km, skisport facilities 1.5 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

Attention aux places de parking

Immeuble très bien entretenu, très propre . Peu bruyant , il est très agréable . Une très bonne note pour la piscine + les salles de jeux ( avec les accessoires de fournis ) . Le gros inconvenant , il n'y a pas de place pour les voitures . Les places visiteurs du bâtiment ( Quatre ) sont prises d'assaut .

Situation idéale au centre de Montana, proche de la télécabine dans un complexe calme et familial. Un mobilier simple et un peu passé mais parfaitement propre et fonctionnel. Excellent rapport qualité- prix.
