On-site amenities include a newly-renovated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, and steam room. Seasonal amenities include beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), and an outdoor tiki bar. The fitness facility and gift shop are conveniently located on premises and complimentary DVD rentals are available to enjoy at your leisure. Should you need additional room for your personal or professional functions, SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 1606 is an expansive three bedroom, three bathroom condo accommodating up to ten. Get comfortable and settle in as this unit is ideal for hosting a crowd. From the fully-stocked, well-appointed kitchen to the bright and cheerful open-concept living/dining space, you’ll find every comfort from home but with a view! Gather on the sofa for a game on the flat-screen TV or around the dining table for a puzzle or board game. Sleeping options include the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room and two private guest suites, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with two double beds. Additionally, the private master suite houses a king-sized bed, flat screen television, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.



You’ll always find something to do in Destin. Start your day at HarborWalk Marina in the Destin harbor, just five minutes away!  There you’ll find a plethora of boutiques, waterfront eateries, and an assortment of water activities, including paddle boarding, kayak rentals, world class fishing, parasailing, and more!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
