We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

For safety and security, this vacation rental home is equipped with an external camera doorbell.

We absolutely loved this property. Would love to stay again!! Beautiful 16th floor views, bring binoculars to see numerous pods of dolphins every morning!

The view of the beach and water was awesome. Definitely the best perk of the property. It is about 5 minutes from downtown Destin, and all the nice restaurants are very close in proximity. The beach was great!I would say what was lacking were the amenities themselves, primarily with the property manager. We stayed 5 nights/6 days, and they only give you 2 trash bags per can, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet. There were no spices or oils available in the unit as there often are at a condo with a full kitchen. The property manager employees on site were also very cold towards guests. It was not a welcoming feel.

Great Condo in a Great Location

We had an unforgettable stay at Jade East! The condo was right on the beach, offering breathtaking views and immediate access to the pristine sand and clear waters. Everything about our stay was fantastic—the condo was well-appointed, immaculately clean, and had all the amenities we could need. Waking up to the sound of the waves each morning was a dream, and the location was perfect for exploring Destin’s best restaurants and attractions. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious beach getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

Great Condo and Great Location

Basic necessities were not provided for example dishwasher soap, papers towels or trash bags. We cooked every day during our stay and more pans would have been nice. No cookie sheets or pizza pan. Other than that our stay was amazing. Perfect location!

We provide an initial setup of paper towels, toilet paper, and trash liners to get your vacation off to a good start. However, if you are staying for a longer trip or anticipate that you will need more than what we provide, we recommend either picking some up in town or packing additional supplies for your trip.
