The location was awesome, right in front of the lake and within walking distance to everything. Was able to have great sunsets. I loved the swivel chairs in front of the window to allow to watch it. We really enjoyed the heated pool. Planning on staying again.

This property was perfectly appointed. There was nothing more you could want in the kitchen, and the property itself was beautiful and spacious. We loved the lake view and the pool...they were fabulous! The town was quaint and welcoming. We would happily rent again.

We really cannot say enough about this VRBO property. Very clean, a beautiful view of the lake, and close to the Main Street, including great dining options and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

A return visit to this wonderful condo, and it will not be our last. Beautifully furnished and a stunning lake view. Bemus Point is a marvelous destination and you can walk to the restaurants and shops—very conveniently located.

A wonderful stay once again!

Year after year we come back to this beautiful condo! It’s spacious, immaculately clean, super cozy, and decorated with a designers touch. The location overlooking Bemus bay provides gorgeous views of the lake. Our host, Ariana, always goes above and beyond to accommodate us and is very responsive in our communication.
