Old restored 19th century cure adjoining a superb 12th century Romanesque church, in a quiet dead end, in a charming, typical & dynamic little village (many activities & events, leisure area with fishing pond & City Stadium, educational walking route Georama, a famous climbing rock with around 40 routes, many hiking trails including the old railway line using a viaduct and tunnel, etc.). Nestled on the south facing hillside, on a promontory overlooking a charming valley, in the very heart of the magnificent vineyards of the Côte Chalonnaise, the site has a beautiful hilly landscape and a beautiful view of the countryside and the surrounding vineyard. Splendid unspoiled setting of nature and greenery alternating hillsides with vineyards, forests, meadows and wooded hills. Literally enchanting landscapes and panorama. Spacious gîte with good comfort. Warm cachet combining a contemporary country spirit and careful heritage renovation (stone fireplace head, remarkable molded wooden wall cupboards, original sink stone). Zen and cozy atmosphere. Very bright. Large enclosed courtyard offering a spacious gravel terrace (exposed and shaded). A pleasant landscaped communal garden and many pétante plots are adjacent to the gîte. Composition: Detached house including communal reception room on the ground floor. Gîte on raised ground floor. Wireless. Gas central heating. Living room-kitchen-living room (1 sofa bed 2 p. 140x190cm), 3 bedrooms (bed 2 p. 140x190cm / 2 beds 1 p. 90x190cm / bed 2 p. 140x190cm), 2 bathrooms (showers), 2 separate toilets . 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom (shower / Wc) available on request with direct access (4 additional beds / + € 30 per person per week / + € 20 per person WE).
