About this property

Flathead Lake Cabin with Water Views and Lake Access! Pet Friendly, Cabin 3

Our 4 cabins are located in the quiet, but adventurous town of Dayton, MT and are great for groups and individuals alike. Each cabin is 2BR, 1BA, sleeps 6, and is located 1/2 block off the lake. Step off your water view patio, and down to the public swimming hole, take a walk along the waterfront, head out for a day of sailing, or sea kayak and hike around Wild Horse Island. Bike to Mission Mountain Winery, grab a burger and a beer at the Idle Spur, or head up lake to Tamarack Brewing.

We are excited to host intimate groups and larger groups alike, offering 4(ea) 2-bedroom cabins. Please don't hesitate to contact us for further details about our spaces!

Each cabin is located with water views, just a 1/2 block off the water, and can access the lake directly from the lawn. There is a large public swimming area complete with dock and a boat launch is located very close!

Great place!

Great little getaway spot. Awesome location and a responsive/accommodating host. We usually stay on the east side of the lake but tried this spot out for three weeks with our infant. Glad we did! Would definitely stay here again.

Great new cabin on Flathead Lake

Our stay at Wild Horse Vista Cabins was a great. These cabins are brand new equipped with every amenity. The cabins were right by a public beach and swimming area. Colin was incredibly accommodating, friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

This property was in a great location & was very nice & clean. The only down side, was the check out instructions asked us to wash our sheets & towels. Luckily I was driving to this location & was able to bring my own sheets & towels. I had to leave the property early in the morning to give a friend a ride to the Missoula airport. So, I did not have time to do loads of laundry before I left. I have never been asked that at a VRBO before checkout. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

Great place to stay!

There are 4 cabins on this property with beautiful view of the water and sail boats which was fun for us to have our kids and grandkids next door. The 2 bedroom cabin has everything you need -including a bottle of wine to welcome you and coffee beans and grinder and k cups with keurig and also regular coffee maker. Coffee for everyone ! Communication by Colin is beyond excellent . We can’t thank him enough. We highly recommend staying here and hope to return next year .

Sailing lessons on Flat Head lake

My brother and I took sailing lessons on Flat Head Lake (ASA101) while we stayed here. This rental was perfect for us; it’s a great setting right across the quiet gravel road from the lake. The units are newer, solidly built and clean. We could walk to the marina for lessons, swim from the dock, and paddle board.

Brand new beautiful view cabin

Colin was a terrific host. He was truly interested in how we were experiencing his brand new cabins in this special location. The location overlooks the sailing marina and is within walking or biking distance to the nearby winery. Dayton is a tiny town of pleasant happy people - we hope to return next summer. Easy lake access and our dogs loved it there!!!
