Another great year at the cabin. Becky makes everything so easy for our annual trip. We love the location of the cabin and how peaceful it is. Fire pit and hot tub are the best parts to help relax whileon vacation.

Location was pretty nice, not far from town. Cabin was clean, although needed some minor repairs, such as bedroom ceiling fan not working. Overall, had a nice stay.

The house was very close to the attractions in pigeon forge and in a quiet neighborhood. The stay was nice and house was clean. One note- the air filter panel needs to be securely attached as it fell down twice during our stay.

Fall vacation

Most everything was great about this cabin. Only drawback was stairs were a little steep for older guests and no tv in the bedrooms. Really enjoyed the space, very relaxing

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay but greatly missed not having the use of the hottub in the evening. Also, tvs in the bedroom would have been nice. I would recommend this property.

This home is a great value for the price, and a nice place to stay regardless of the price. The hot tub, fire area, and ping pong table were nice extras. The owner of this house took care of two minor issues on very short notice, that didn't really negatively impact our stay. It has plenty of space, even for our family of seven. Don't try to drive a sports car to this place - the transition from the street to the driveway, like many spots in the mountains, requires a careful approach so that you don't bottom-out. It was quiet for us in terms of neighbors during our whole week in mid-July. There were towels and soap, etc, available. We would return to this place in a future year. I believe it would be difficult to beat it for the price.

Wonderful Weekend Away

We really enjoyed the cabin and all the space it had to offer. Enjoyed the back deck on the lower level and the relaxing porch swing. The kitchen was nicely stocked and loved the ice maker, that was a plus. I would absolutely rent this cabin again. Wet responsive owner too!

Great, Enjoyable, Relaxing Cabin

It was a very nice, comfortable, relaxing home away from home. Excellent Wi-Fi service and cable TV. Family enjoyed the games, Atari, and comfy furniture. Also, appreciated the prompt responses from cabin's owner whenever we had questions. One suggestion would be additional folding chairs to seat additional people at the table. (We used the stools from the basement.)

Great cabin for 4

The cabin was as advertised- good size and just what we needed. Only issue was the lighting. Many lights with missing bulbs or had what seemed to be 40 watts. Not good lighting. Very nice ping pong table, but the only ball was smashed. Would stay there again if the lighting was addressed.

Spring Break

Before we arrived to the cabin, the owner contacted me to let me know of a water pressure issue. They were on their way to check it out. They attempted to fix it when they arrived but had to arrange for a well technician to come out the following day (Monday). I'm unsure what the well technician told them the following day because we continued to have water pressure issues off and on during our stay. (We checked out on Wednesday morning). Unfortunately this also affected us being able to enjoy the hot tub. * The owner did refund a night's stay because of the water pressure issue. Ultimately the cabin was great for our family of 4 kids and 3 adults. We would 100% book it again. Because overall things happen and I feel as though they did their best to resolve it.

My family bought this property in 2011. We love the Smoky Mountains and all the nature opportunities it affords. My husband and I spent many hours hiking the many trails of the Smoky Mountains during our dating years. We have since introduced many of them to our children. The "children" are grown, so we decided in 2022 to list the property on VRBO and share our home away from home with others. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We chose this area because it is close to many activities in the area, but also has a quiet secluded vibe as well. There is easy access to the cabin avoiding the crowded parkway, as well as easy access to the National Park.
