Enjoy complimentary DVD rentals at your leisure and pick up supplies and mementos at the gift shop, conveniently located in the lobby. Hold memorable workshops or host family reunions in the  more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space on property. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 0701 is a bright, sun-filled two bedroom, two bathroom condo accommodating up to six. Rejuvenate in this spacious, uplifting sanctuary bathed in refreshing colors with natural elements scattered throughout. No need to go out for dinner after a long day in the sun as the kitchen is fully-appointed and loaded with everything needed to feed a crowd. Relax at the breakfast bar, dining table, or in the living room with a flat-screen TV. Savor pristine views and breathtaking sunsets on the private balcony, directly overlooking the gulf. Retire on the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, in the guest room with twin beds and a flat-screen TV, or in the master suite, with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, en suite bathroom, and private access to the balcony.



Tour Destin by land on a Segway, rent a pontoon boat and explore by water, or see the sights from above while parasailing. Check out Destin however you choose as no view is a bad one!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
