Sterling Sands is located in the heart of Destin and only a stone's throw from many of the restaurants and attractions Destin has to offer! Spend a day soaking up the sun on the beach, followed by an evening of family fun at The Track. At Big Kahuna's Water Park, you can lay back and float the day away on their lazy river. Grab your speed mat and race down over 20 water slides, twisting tubes, and splash pools.

Our 2-bedroom 2-bathroom unit features a furnished private gulf front balcony offering spectacular views of the sugar white sands of the emerald coast. The master has a King and private bathroom. A spacious bunk bed (lower full bed, top twin bed) is in the second bedroom and perfect for children and teenagers. A fully equipped kitchen has all the items you need, and the wide countertops are a chef's dream!

This condo provides complimentary Beach Service from March 1 - October 31st (two chairs and an umbrella). Additional set-ups are available for a reasonable fee. **Resort Check-In REQUIRES $15 per person fee for parking and amenity bands for beach and pool.**

Exceeded my expectations

We haven’t visited Destin before. We very much enjoyed our stay at Sugar Sands. The room was clean & comfortable. The check in was easy & convenient. We loved that it was just a short walk to our umbrella & chair & the beautiful beach & clear blue water. We will definitely be back for another visit.

Easy, comfortable and beautiful

This condo was perfect. Updated and large enough for my family. Well kept common areas and pool with direct access to a beautiful beach. Conveniently located near many of Destin's hot spots. Thank you for a great experience!

Very nice upgraded 2 BR condo on the beach

This condo is everything as advertised. It appears everything has been upgraded from flooring to kitchen to bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with good quality dishes, refrigerator, and utensils. The only knock is the stove could be better, but it works fine. The only other negative is the bedroom is on the north side of the building and the traffic noise is pretty loud starting early in the morning. This is only a minor issue and is offset by all the other positives of the condo and location. The Sterling Sands complex is also taken care of very well, very clean and grounds are well maintained. The location is great and ocean views are excellent. The heated pool and hot tub are great amenities. The gas grills are good quality and in very good condition. This is a great place to stay in Destin!

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great condo. Close to the beach and all the amenities. Location was very clean and everyone was extremely friendly. Will definitely stay again.
