Please note the following schedule for our outdoor pool availability:

Pool Closed: Until July 20th
Pool Open: From July 20th to Labor Day Weekend
Pool Closed: After Labor Day until Memorial Day 2025

The pool will be available for guests from July 20th to Labor Day Weekend. This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues.

SunDestin Unit 1715 is a lovely one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. You’ll find all the comforts of home in this inviting, comfortably furnished seaside oasis with expansive gulf-front views. Prepare frozen libations, snacks, or full-blown meals in the pristine, fully-appointed kitchen loaded with cabinet and counter space. Get cozy in the living room and watch a movie on the large, flat-screen TV or gather around the table, with seating for four, for a board game. Grab morning coffee on the private balcony, accessible from either the open-concept living/dining room or the master suite. Settle in for the night on the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room or in the master suite which houses a king-sized bed, flat screen television, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.

No matter what brings you to Destin, you’ll find a plethora of activities to choose from. Book a fishing charter, dolphin excursion, or pirate-themed cruise at nearby HarborWalk Marina in the Destin harbor, just five minutes away! If shopping is more your thing, head out to Destin Commons, a 20-minute drive, for lunch/dinner, a movie, and an afternoon spent browsing boutiques and shops.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
