Please note the following schedule for our outdoor pool availability:

Pool Closed: Until July 20th
Pool Open: From July 20th to Labor Day Weekend
Pool Closed: After Labor Day until Memorial Day 2025

The pool will be available for guests from July 20th to Labor Day Weekend. This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues.

SunDestin Unit 1104 is a cozy one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Step into your home away from home bathed in sandy hues and filled with cozy decor and comfy furnishings. You’ll love preparing meals in the beautiful, fully-appointed kitchen, filled with everything you might need. Relax in the living room with flat-screen TV and take in gorgeous views from virtually anywhere in this open-concept living dining space. Enjoy tropical drinks on the private balcony or settle in for the night on the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room or in the master suite which houses a king-sized bed, flat screen television, and en suite bathroom.

You’ll find centrally-located SunDestin Beach Resort close to all that Destin has to offer, including shopping, dining, fishing, golfing, and water activities. Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
