The Space:

Located directly on the sands of the Gulf of Mexico, SunDestin Beach Resort is a great vacation destination. There’s many onsite amenities, including an outdoor, a fitness center, sauna, and more! Additional seasonal amenities include a tiki bar, and beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee). Plus, the Scenic Stays team is alway available at the 24 hour front desk.



SunDestin 604 is a bright and airy one-bedroom condo with sleeping for up to six guests. Walk through the front door and you’ll find the master bedroom, one and a half bathrooms, and a hall bunk. At the end of the entry hall is the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of room to cook a quick breakfast, or settle in for dinner after a long day of exploring the Destin area. It overlooks the dining and living room and all have views of the gorgeous waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Step onto the balcony to find seating for four to enjoy a sunrise or sunset. Back inside, the living area has a large TV and DVD player to take advantage of the complimentary DVD rentals that are included in your stay. The living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa, and there’s twin bunks in the hall that are great for kids. The master bedroom features a king sized bed, so the condo sleeps up to six guests.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.



SunDestin Beach Resort is only minutes from Destin’s many shopping and dining centers, including Harborwalk Village, just four miles west, and Destin Commons, four miles east. At the Village, you’ll also find an array of watersports, such as waverunners, parasailing, and snorkeling. Don’t wait any longer to book SunDestin 604- we’re always ready to welcome you!

During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.

Labor Day weekend

Really enjoyed the Resort and the room. Only recommendation is to include one pot of coffee, filter, cream and sugar in your set up packages of soap pods etc. Had a small issue with the shower, they came to fix it immediately wow what excellent service! Way to go, definitely returning only to SunDestin and bringing my family!

Everything was super nice and convenient! The access to the beach couldn't have been better and the kids loved the splash pad and the pools. Our teenager felt grown being able to visit the Pelican restaurant to get her virgin drinks also!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo! Very clean, comfortable bed, beautiful view. Room is a little outdated and had a slight musty smell but overall was a good place to stay for the price. Also love the pelican’s roost restaurant in the lobby, they have great food and drinks!

The room itself was fine but dated. Construction is loud, messy, and happening all over the building. They nickel and dime you on the beach and force you to rent chairs from them.

My wife and I stayed 4 nights at the Sundestin, for our 24th anniversary. Customer service was top notch. Make sure you see Amy and Collette at the concierge desk, next to check in. These two made us feel welcomed instantly. They were super knowledgeable of the area and helpful. Thank you Ladies! Our condo was perfect! Even with some light construction, for their make over going on, it was perfect! Most beautiful beach I've ever been on!

The location and beach views are wonderful. Property is well maintained. Staff was excellent. Concierge, was disappointing as it was only a timeshare representative. Our unit is dated, and showing it's age. HVAC is very noisy and shower water flow was not great, as well as a quite slippery. My favorite place was sitting on the patio!

Sun Destin is a great location. Cond was clean. Guest service was fast to address my slow draining tub and fix my door. Door would not stay latch. Maintenance came right away to correct it and made me feel safe. Place needs some updates but over all a fabulous place. Loved that there is a bar and restaurant on the premises. If you didn't want to fight the traffic for dinner this was a great place to get a bit to eat or a snack while out on the beach.

Overall we had a good time and the staff was great! However the unit itself, could have been a little cleaner. The carpet looks very old and not clean. The couches had little stains on them like they weren't clean and there was a leak in the kitchen from the air conditioner vent. The unit itself needs to be upgraded. The Wifi hardly ever worked!

I noted what I saw in Unit 604 last week and told the front desk to make a note of the issues. They did say they would look a it right away, but it wasn\'t being used so no real issue. We ate out during the visit and I told the front desk that it wasn\'t an issue with but needed some attention noted to the owner. Good location

Floors were not that clean, especially around doors in bathroom. Also, bathroom linen closet met would not close and would interfere in closing bathroom door. Electrical outlet behind sofa was completely brown as I was afraid to plug in cell phone charger due to a fire hazard. However excellent view of beach.

Everyone was incredibly nice, location was fine and it was very clean but the condo itself is getting in bad shape. Carpet worn, microwave handle broken, not painted in some places, older furniture. Everyone uses keurig but this still has old style coffee maker, Restaurant was ok but got our order wrong a couple times. Not sure I’ll be heading back there or certainly wont select that unit. That room is Not worth that amount of $.

The unit was not as clean as the pictures, the carpet and furniture was very dirty and there was a smell, also one of the kitchen sinks would smell if you ran water in that side and there was a bucket underneath indicating a problem. I/we were not happy with our unit and we left a day early because it was just to much.

Was very disappointment in the condition of the unit. It does not appear as it does in the pictures. The carpets are disgustingly dirty and there are stains on the furniture. There is also something wrong with the kitchen sink because when you run the water in the left side it smells and there is a bucket underneath which indicates a problem. I would hope that owner do some updating and replace the carpet and furniture, dirty carpets and furniture make for an unpleasant smell. We left a day early because we could not take it anymore.
