Please note the following schedule for our outdoor pool availability:

Pool Closed: Until July 20th
Pool Open: From July 20th to Labor Day Weekend
Pool Closed: After Labor Day until Memorial Day 2025

The pool will be available for guests from July 20th to Labor Day Weekend. This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues.

SunDestin Unit 1206 is a stunning one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to six. Immediately unwind in this beautiful space filled with comfortable furnishings and decorative finishes throughout. From the wooden ceiling beams in the living room, to the sea blue tiles in the kitchen, to the inlaid beach mural in the master suite, unique touches abound. Cozy up in the living room and catch a game on the flat-screen TV or gather around the dining room table for conversation or a board game. Prepare meals and snacks for the beach in the fully-appointed kitchen, then relax on the private balcony for an evening sunset. Recline on the sleeper sofa in the living room, on twin bunks nestled in the hall, or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
